Cooking method

  • I found another recipe for a lean dish in the magazine "Culinary Workshop" No. 3.
  • In the original recipe, this lasagna was called "the most tender" and I agree with that.
  • You can cook lasagna sheets yourself if you have a flat pasta attachment.
  • I used ready-made lasagna sheets.
  • In addition, I used a ready-made canned vegetable mixture containing eggplant, carrots, and tomatoes.
  • Anyone who does not have such a blank needs to prepare it.
  • Lean lasagna
  • Boil the lasagna sheets in a large amount of water, taking out to lower each sheet in ice water for a couple of seconds.
  • Boil and mash potatoes.
  • Cut eggplants, onions, carrots, bell peppers into cubes and fry in vegetable oil.
  • Next, prepare the sauce: fry the finely chopped onion in oil, add flour, water and bring to a boil.
  • Lean lasagna
  • Place a lasagna sheet on a greased baking sheet or dish, then a layer of mashed potatoes and pour over the sauce. Then a layer of vegetables - sauce again and cover with a sheet of lasagna. Repeat the layers of vegetables again and cover with a sheet of lasagna, brushing it with sauce.
  • Lean lasagna
  • Bake at 160-170 * C for 20-25 minutes.
  • Sprinkle the cooked lasagne with herbs and serve.

Marisha! I'm the first to climb!
I have never tried a vegetable. Take note of the recipe!

Marish, did you pre-cook the lasagna sheets? I just have ready-made sheets that do not require cooking. Do you think the amount of sauce should not be increased for them?

Manechka,try it for health!
I liked the vegetable one even more. My sheets for lasagna need to be boiled beforehand, I don't know anything about yours (share how they look, though).
And the sauce is always not enough for me - no matter how much I make
Prepare a little more just in case.

Marisha, Tanechka, thanks, I hope the recipe comes in handy.
And delicious recipes float into my hands, I'm looking for them everywhere ...

Marinka, Thank you very much for the recipe! She made the sheets herself, rolled them out on a dough sheeter (noodle cutter), very thin, uniform sheets turned out! The filling was made from: frozen eggplant, frozen peppers, sun-dried tomatoes.
On your advice, I made a double portion of the sauce, just enough. It turned out very tasty!
Thank you, thank you and thank you HUGE!

Natusichka, Thank you very much for your kind feedback! I am very glad that I liked the lasagna!
The post is what you need. You can make something like a casserole from this combination of products (if you don't want to mess with lasagna).

Natusichka, happy birthday! Happiness, health and good luck !!!

Marinka! Now I want to try lasagna, just don't boil the sheets. But this is only later, after Easter! After all, a strict week has begun, without vegetable oil.
