Cooking method

  • The recipe appeared after my little experiments on the basis of White bread.
  • First, I made different proportions of flour 1c, 2c, rye. Then with liquids: milk, water, beer, potato broth. Recently, a girl at work gave a kombucha and I decided to try it with it. It turned out very tasty. Everything is baked. The roof didn't fall. The crumb is tender, perforated. I didn't seem to find a recipe with the addition of kombucha.
  • Put all the necessary ingredients in a bucket of a bread machine according to the instructions of your HP.
  • The mode is "Basic" or "Whole-flour bread", the size and crust are 1kg by default and the crust is medium.
  • I did both on that and on that Modes. Both are successful.
