Ingredients

Rye flour 0.5 mst (90 ml)
Wheat flour 1 tbsp. l. (no top)
Vegetable oil 3 tbsp. l.
Butter (melted) 1 tbsp. l.
Milk 140 ml
Salt on the tip of a knife
Ground coriander on the tip of a knife
Ground cumin on the tip of a knife

Cooking method

  • Butter is a must, otherwise the waffles will stick to the waffle iron.
  • I overdid it and used 2 tbsp. l. butter. Enough 1 tbsp. l.
  • Mix all ingredients. Bake in a waffle iron, putting in 1 tbsp. l. test.

Made on a Soviet waffle iron, lubricated the panels only at the very beginning. Next time I will reduce the oil in the recipe. I'm a bit fat.
The portion is small, you have to make a double at once.

I continue to constantly, every week, bake these waffles. They go like bread. Tasty and just like that, and spread curd cheese or processed cheese on them.I just smear the curd cheese on top, and make a sandwich with the melted one (I cover it with another waffle on top). Delicious! And they don't get bored.
I bake a triple portion. I put 3 tbsp of vegetable oil on it. l. and 3 tbsp. l. creamy. I grease the panels only at the very beginning, nothing sticks.

I have an uncoated Soviet waffle iron. Do not stick. I already wrote that I grease it only before the first waffle. As in others, I don't know. But my bread does not stick either.

From amateur activities - I made it on whey from cottage cheese, added 10 g of KMKZ (fermented milk concentrated starter culture) and about 1/4 teaspoon of malt extract. Coriander was ground in a mortar of grains 5.
