Ingredients

Dough:
Condensed milk 1/2 cans
Sour cream 1 glass
Eggs 3 pcs.
Flour 1.5 cups
Cocoa powder 1 tbsp. l.
Granulated sugar 1 glass
Soda slaked with vinegar 0.5 tsp
Cream:
Butter 200 g
Cocoa powder 1 tbsp. l.
Condensed milk 1/2 cans
Glaze:
Cocoa powder 1 tbsp. l.
Butter 30 g
Sugar 12 tsp
Milk 2 tbsp. l.

Glass = 250 ml

Cooking method

  • Dough:
  • Grind eggs and cocoa with sugar, add 1/2 can of condensed milk, sour cream, add flour and mix. Add vinegar slaked soda to the dough. Divide the dough into three cakes and bake them in a hot oven (15 min.) Each.
  • Cream:
  • Beat the remaining condensed milk with softened butter and cocoa.
  • Glaze:
  • Put all the ingredients for the glaze in a bowl, put on fire, stirring to bring to a boil.
  • Smear the cooled cakes with cream, except for the last one.
  • Cover the last cake with glaze.
