Ingredients

Leaven 150 ml
Water 250 ml
Flour 600 g
Bran any 2 tbsp. l.
Sugar 2 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Vegetable oil 1 tsp

Cooking method

  • 1. Pour 150 ml of the starter into a measuring cup;
  • 2. Add warm water to the starter culture until graduated to 400 ml;
  • 3. Stir and pour into a bread pan - this will be a dough;
  • 4. Weigh the sifted flour - 600 grams;
  • 5. From the weighed flour, take 6 heaped tablespoons of flour and pour into the dough;
  • 6. Add to the dough - 2 tablespoons of bran, 2 teaspoons of sugar, 1 teaspoon of salt.
  • 7. Mix the dough well;
  • 8. Then on top of the dough pour the remaining weighed flour and 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil - do not mix!
  • 9. On any bread maker there is a delay in baking bread, we will use it to ferment the dough for the right time. For this:
  • -For example, it is 8:00 pm and we need to bake bread by 7:00 am.
  • -Counting from 8 pm to 7 am, 11 hours remain.
  • -We turn on the bread maker, the screen lights up by default 3:25.
  • - Press the plus button so many times until 10:55 is lit (time is close to 11 o'clock). If you accidentally pressed more than 11, press "minus".
  • -Press the "Start" button so that 2 dots flash between the numbers on the screen - it means the delay program has turned on.
  • 10. Here our dough wanders quietly, and the flour lies on top and waits for the bread maker to knead the dough on the airy dough at 3 am. And by 7 am the airy, aromatic bread will be ready.
  • A finished loaf of 1 kg comes out.
  • The properties of this bread are such that from 100 g of eaten bread, the body receives the entire periodic table, all amino acids and all vitamins, except for vitamin C.
