Ingredients

Egg 1 PC.
Instant coffee 3 tsp
Sugar 1 glass
Concentrated milk (GOST) 1 can
Vodka 200-250 grams

Cooking method

  • Beat the egg, add coffee, sugar, milk and vodka. Insist under the lid for a day, you can night, in the room, then put it in the refrigerator. In the summer I cooked instead of coffee with mashed strawberries. It turns out a sweet tasty liquor.

Time for preparing:

Day.

Note

Unfortunately, there is no photo, because there is no need to do it yet, but I wanted to share it, because there are many lovers of this wonderful liqueur among us.

Dutya
Interestingly, what kind of milk is that? Can this condensed milk?
monblana
Dutya, I spied, it was written here in another recipe, I thought it was understandable. This is not condensed milk, but simply "Concentrated sterilized milk" in the same iron can, it is liquid, like ordinary milk, if shaken, and it without Sahara.
Dutya
We kind of carry it from Belarus, you have to ask around.
Medusa
Such a normal breakfast is obtained for a beloved man, served in bed.
Only everything goes in reverse order:
1. Vodka - and not 200, but 250 grams to the maximum!
2. Egg - you can put it in a bag, soft-boiled, cool - it is as you want, but it is advisable to supplement with toast with butter and a kiss.
3. Mix the rest and dilute with water of the required temperature to the required concentration.
monblana
In my opinion, a bit too much 250 grams of vodka for breakfast, something will crack
argo
interesting .... and if for a place of concentrated milk and sugar ... just add a can of condensed milk?

yet they are two different things. Concentrated milk is much more liquid, has a bright creamy milk taste and is unsweetened. A can of condensed milk will taste terribly cloying, I think.
monblana
argo, have not tried. The consistency will probably be thicker. although a glass of vodka will dilute it well.
Scarecrow, there is a proposal to replace not just milk. and milk with sugar for condensed milk, so it's not so sugary.
You still need to buy a bottle of vodka (most likely), you can experiment with both types of milk. It's a pity I don't drink alcohol yet, and it's better not to do it even for a test, because by nature I am not endowed with willpower and I can still drink it a little. My little son won't say thank you to mom
Nathalte
I did a similar one, only with cognac. And a can of condensed milk was also added to the concentrated milk. it turned out very tasty.
Stafa
I tried it today - it's a bit too much vodka. And by consistency - will it (this drink) become thicker or will it remain so liquid? Baileys is still so thick.
monblana
Stafa, to be honest, I have a period of preparation for pregnancy behind me, almost a year of pregnancy itself and a year and a half of feeding a child, so I have already forgotten even the sight of this DRINKING. Somewhere in the bowels of the brain, someone suggests that he was so thin, but strong in density, like cream in comparison with milk.
Oh, something poisoned the soul, tired of these abstinence
argo
and here is also a "similar" recipe .. but only from boiled condensed milk -https: //Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=189525.0

I've just never tried Baileys ..
Stafa
Argo, make according to this recipe - the taste is almost one to one. And tomorrow it will be infused - I will tell you in fact how and what. Maybe he will take his viscosity later in the refrigerator. I once made a tincture on black chokeberry with cherry leaves for a long time - so it gained viscosity when standing in the refrigerator.

I will wait ... just be sure to sign off

argo
Svetlana .. how did it happen?
Stafa
The drink did not gain viscosity. And the taste seems to be nothing like that. I'm not much of a lover of liqueurs and alcohol in general, and mostly for red wine. But right now, I took a sip of that Baileys - so nice. But it also costs a current day in the refrigerator. And my black chokeberry stood for 4-5 months.
monblana
Stafa, why is it only a day? True, I did not stand for more than a week, but this is because I drank, nothing bad happened to him

Because the current did it. Today she was two days old.

made .. really no vodka .. scotch whiskey? liked! will do! chaaaas how I'm trying! : girl_curtsey: thanks!
monblana
Probably, scotch whiskey gives a special taste, which makes the liqueur even tastier. As far as I remember, vodka somehow gives a little, but I can't say for sure.
Yuka
Give and "my" recipe - a little more "abstruse" - but it's worth it

base for liquor:

1) Burn caramel about 3-4 tablespoons to a degree between medium and burnt.
2) 3 sachets of vanillin (powder)
3) Ginger - 1/3 level teaspoon of powder
4) Cinnamon - on the tip of a knife
5) Honey - 2 teaspoons
6) Alcohol 60% (if it is possible to add a little Irish whiskey - add it in half with alcohol) - 400-420 ml.
7) Also add a teaspoon of chopped oak bark with a slide into the container

we insist for 5-7 days, shaking often and strongly.
we filter, get rid of large particles and powders.
We mix
We need for this stage:
1) 1 liter of fresh tasty cream 10% fat
(the better and tastier the components we select for our liquor, the tastier the result will be)
2) 340-400 grams of good condensed milk (not thick, without formations on the walls of the can, not overcooked, not mealy in taste)
3) 2 fresh orange egg yolks (no protein)
4) 2 teaspoons of aromatic coffee previously dissolved in half a tablespoon of water.
The process has begun
Take the Large enamel bowl, mixer
1) Pour in half a liter of cream and 2 egg yolks - beat until smooth
2) Add condensed milk and dissolved coffee - whisk again
3) Pour in another half liter of cream - beat again
4) Add 400-420 ml of filtered ready-made tincture. Beat one last time.
5) Pour 1.5 bags of vanilla sugar into 1 liter of the finished product, do not immediately bottle it, let the liquor stand in a large closed jar in the refrigerator, excess fat floats to the surface, then after 4-5 days, everything is filtered through 1 layer x. b. fabrics. You will not see any more "pieces"; the liquor will also infuse, improve and change the taste.
7) Pour into prepared dark or brown bottles, can be filtered again through 1 layer of cloth.
Pour into a glass and enjoy neat or on ice. You can also make your own Irish coffee.
I do according to THIS "bible - it turns out just a fairy tale (although I do it on my own moonshine). The only replacement is that I replaced some of the cream with" condensed "
argo
do not curl up the cream then?
Yuka
Do not fold

I made the first batch in May - today my wife finished the rest - everything is fine (but I kept it in the refrigerator).

The day before yesterday I made the next 2 liters - today, after the vystoyka, I siphoned off the bottles ... Vesch !!!!

Well, I just decided to "simplify" the recipe .. I take a can of condensed milk, pour 3 bags of vanillin .. and gradually add a can of vodka. four times it turned out .. and on the fifth .. the same condensed milk .. the same vodka (from the same batch, so to speak) while whipping everything was fine .. poured into a bottle ... and it turned out so thick (curled) ..: pardon: even eat with a spoon .. does not smell sour .. tastes like milk alcoholic cream

most likely the problem is in the condensed milk - the batch is "dry" with vegetable protein .... or just more fatty ..

As an option to fix it - add a little milk 3.5% or cream 10% - about 200 ml - and beat with a mixer properly - sometimes you can save ...
mowgli
and I had such a recipe about Baileys: vodka 180 g
can of condensed milk 400 g
2 packs of "Miracle chocolate milk"
vanillin on the tip of a knife or a packet of vanilla sugar
coffee 2 tsp
Preparation:
1. Mix everything in a blender and let it stand for at least 30 minutes, preferably a couple of hours!

I do not remember from some site the Internet-drank tasty, but it seems to me that you need not a chocolate miracle, but a vanilla one, otherwise the color turns out to be "cocoa"
Ahmadinka
Need to try! My liqueur recipe is different. 1 can of condensed milk with cocoa (with coffee), 400 ml of milk, 200 ml of vodka, vanilla. Mix everything in a blender and leave to infuse in the cold. Delicious!
