Madelens with pistachio flour

Ingredients

Peeled pistachios 50 g
Egg 1 PC
Yolk 1 PC.
Sugar 100 g
Flour psh. 4 tbsp. l.
Vanilla essence a few drops
Baking powder 0.5 tsp

Cooking method

  • Grind the pistachios with a coffee grinder or blender. Beat the egg and yolk well with sugar, continuing to beat, add the essence, flour, having previously combined it with baking powder, and pistachio flour. Fill the tins with dough to two-thirds of the volume and bake at 180about Ten minutes.
