Ingredients

kefir 150ml
water 100ml
egg 1
salt 1h l
vegetable oil 3st. l
sugar 1 st. l
wheat flour 400gr
shivering dry 1.5h l
fried onions (dry) 1 st. l

Cooking method

  • Loaf750gr
  • Mix kefir, water and egg and pour into a bucket. The rest is on the list except for the onion. Add onions at the signal of the bread machine.
  • 15 minutes before the end of baking, brush with whipped egg white and salt and sprinkle with onions.
