Ingredients

Chicken (fillet) 500 g
Minced chicken 300 g
Canned mushrooms 100 g
Egg 1 PC.
Egg whites 3 pcs.
Salt pepper
Cream 200 g
Butter (for greasing the bowl) 1 tbsp. l.
Vegetable oil 1 tbsp. l.
Mayonnaise 3 tbsp. l.
Garlic 2 slices
Hard cheese 150 g

Cooking method

  • Cooking process:
  • Prepare marinade from mayonnaise, proteins, garlic and salt with pepper. Divide the marinade in two. Add finely chopped onion to one part of the marinade. Finely chop half of the chicken fillet and mix with the onion marinade, cut the remaining fillet into strips, beat off and pour over the second marinade. Finely chop the second onion and mushrooms and fry on the "Fry" mode for 5 minutes. Add fried onions with mushrooms, an egg to the minced chicken and make small meatballs from the minced meat, roll in flour. Form meatballs from finely chopped chicken fillet together with onions, roll in flour.
  • Prepare filling for our assortment. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater, finely chop the garlic or also grate on a fine grater, mix with cream.
  • Switch on the multicooker to the "Fry-vegetables" program for 15 minutes. Pour in vegetable oil. To warm. Put the marinated strips of chicken fillet in a bowl and fry on both sides. Transfer the fried chicken fillet from the bowl to any container. Grease the bowl well with butter, put all the meatballs. Close the lid, use the "Menu" button to set the "Baking" program. Press the "Time setting" button, then by pressing the "Cooking time" button set the blinking indicator to 40 minutes. After 20 minutes, open the lid, put the fried fillet strips and pour over the prepared filling. Close the lid and cook until the end of the program.
