Chicken with cheese potatoes (Redmond RMC-M70)

Ingredients

Boneless Chicken Thigh 600 g
Mayonnaise 1 tbsp. l.
Ketchup 1 tsp
Garlic 2 slices
Canned mushrooms 200 g
Bulb onions 1 PC.
Processed cheese 0.5 packs
Salt, pepper, spices taste
Vegetable oil 3 tbsp. l.
Potatoes 8-10 pcs.
Hard cheese 50 g
Parsley and dill

Cooking method

  • Cooking process:
  • Prepare marinade from mayonnaise, ketchup, garlic, salt, pepper and seasoning. Mix the thigh with the marinade and refrigerate.
  • Finely chop the onion and mushrooms and fry on the "Fry" mode for 5 minutes. Grate the processed cheese on a fine grater and stir well with the fried mushrooms at the end of frying. The cheese should dissolve.
  • Transfer the fried mushrooms with onions and cheese to any container. Fill the pickled thigh with mushrooms on top and put in a bowl, after pouring oil into it.
  • Close the lid, use the "Menu" button to set the "Fry" program. Press the "Time setting" button, then by pressing the "Cooking time" button set the blinking indicator for 10 minutes. Cook until the end of the program.
  • Peel the potatoes, do not make cuts to the end, so that you get the appearance of an accordion. Insert cheese, cut into small slices, into the cuts. Put the potatoes in a double boiler, place them on the bowl. Close the lid, use the Menu button to set the "Steam" program. Press the "Time setting" button, then by pressing the "Cooking time" button set the blinking indicator for 50 minutes. Cook until the end of the program.
  • When serving potatoes, sprinkle with finely chopped herbs.
  • Very tasty with Kazan-style lecho, prepared according to the Redmond recipe.
