peeled rye flour 100 gr.
water 330 ml.
salt 1.5 tsp
sugar 1 tbsp. l.
vegetable oil 1.5 tbsp. l.
dry yeast 1.5 tsp
Cooking method

I baked bread for this recipe for the first time. I must say right away that everything turned out great, the bread is very tasty! First, the liquid ingredients, flour and last of all the yeast were put into the mold. "Mixed" mode, weight 1kg, dark crust.

The dish is designed for 800g.
