Chocolate biscotti Three nuts

Ingredients

chicken eggs 2 pcs
powdered sugar 100 g
wheat flour 120 g
cocoa powder 30 g
baking powder 0.5 tsp
salt pinch
vanilla sugar 1 tbsp. l
bitter chocolate 50 g
nuts (almonds, coconut, pine nuts) Zx60g = 180g

Cooking method

  • Beat eggs with icing sugar and vanilla sugar until fluffy.
  • Mix flour with cocoa powder, salt and baking powder, add to the egg mass and stir.
  • Chop the chocolate not very finely.
  • Dip the almonds in boiling water for a couple of minutes, then in cold water, peel them, dry them on a paper towel.
  • Coarsely chop all nuts.
  • Add pieces of chocolate and nuts to the dough, mix.
  • Put the dough into a mold. I never got a special dish for baking biscotti, so, may the Italians forgive me, I baked it in a regular cake pan 24x12 cm, covering it with baking paper.
  • Bake in an oven preheated to 180C (convection 160C) degrees for 25-30 minutes. Willingness to check with a toothpick.
  • Remove from the mold, cool completely and cut with a sharp knife (no cloves) into 7mm slices.
  • Place the cookies in one layer on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  • Bake for 20 minutes at a temperature of 150C (convection 130C) degrees, at the highest level. In the middle of baking, turn the biscotti once to the other side.
  • Crackers are obtained with a rich nutty chocolate flavor, not very hard. Try it!
