Ingredients

Wheat flour 2 stkn
Butter 2 tbsp. l.
Sour cream 2/3 stkn
Egg 1 PC
Sugar 3 tbsp. l.
Soda 1/2 tsp

Cooking method

  • Sift flour on the table with a mound, make a depression in which to put sour cream, egg, sugar, soda, salt to taste, softened butter and knead the dough.
  • Roll out the resulting dough in a layer of 1 cm and cut the biscuits with a round notch. Lay on a sheet, grease with an egg, make several punctures with a fork so that they do not swell during baking, and bake in a hot oven for about 10-15 minutes.

30 minutes
