Warm green bean salad with potatoes

Ingredients

Frozen green beans 400g.
Potatoes 400g.
Parsley 5 twigs
Green onion 1 PC.
Pitted olives 100g.
Capers 1 st. l.
Olive oil 6st. l.
Lemon juice 1 st. l.
Granulated mustard 1h l.
Salt pepper taste

Cooking method

  • Prepare the dressing. Finely chop the onion and parsley leaves. Add mustard, lemon juice, 4 tablespoons. l. butter, salt and pepper.
  • Boil potatoes "in their uniforms." Cool, dry, peel. Chop coarsely, pour 2 tablespoons. l. butter, mix.
  • Boil the beans in salted water for 3 minutes to remain crisp. Throw in a colander.
  • Mix potatoes, beans, olives, capers in a salad bowl, pour over the dressing. Serve warm.
