Ingredients

horns 500 gr.
beef 500 gr.
carrot 1 pc medium
onion 1 PC. average
dry forest mushrooms 10 pieces.
sour cream 3 tbsp. spoons
salt taste
pepper taste
sunflower oil for frying

Cooking method

  • Pre-soak dry mushrooms, then boil, cool and cut.
  • Cut the beef into pieces.
  • Grate the carrots on a fine grater, cut the onion into cubes.
  • Pour oil into a saucepan of a pressure cooker, add onions, carrots and chopped mushrooms. Fry on the kvass / tendon program.
  • Add meat, salt, pepper sour cream and 500 ml. water. Simmer on the "meat" program, the taste is standard (35 minutes).
  • Bleed off pressure by hand and add horns. If you need to add water so that the liquid covers the horns. Switch on the "manual mode" program for 15 minutes.
