Lentil soup in a Panasonic multicooker

Ingredients

Lentils 0.5 cups
Potatoes 3 pcs.
Carrot 1 PC.
Meat broth or water 2 l
Smoked brisket
Marjoram
Garlic 1 clove
Salt
Bay leaf

Cooking method

  • Bring the broth (or water) to a boil ("Baking" mode), add lentils, potatoes, carrots. After the soup boils again, turn on the "Stew" mode for 2 hours. Add salt, brisket, garlic, marjoram and bay leaf 20 minutes before the end.

Time for preparing:

2h 30 minutes.

Yes, turn on the "Baking" and periodically watch - when it boils, turn off this mode (the "Off" button) and turn on the "Stew". Both modes are not automatic (you can look into the saucepan, the main thing is not to abuse it).

On the "baking" mode, fry the onion with carrots for 5-10 minutes, then
pour water into a bowl (how many servings of soup are required),
add meat or poultry base (raw brisket / chicken backs / turkey wings), diced potatoes, lentils, garlic, salt, herbs to taste and simmer for 1 hour.
