Lush pancakes (on boiling water)
Category: Bakery
Ingredients
Kefir 1 cup
Boiling water (not hot water, namely boiling water) 1 cup
Salt
Sugar 2 tbsp. l.
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.
Eggs 2 pcs
Flour 2 stkn
Cooking method

Try my pancakes, they are very lush and tasty, when half-eaten jam remains in the vase, you can add to the dough - this is the second option.
Knead in the sequence as written in the recipe, let the dough stand for 10 minutes, and add 0.5 hour. l of soda slaked with vinegar.
Try you like it (I think so)

I've never heard of boiled pancakes! You need to try to understand what the trick is.

For a long time I had this recipe in my bookmarks, all my hands did not reach ... Usually, I make a new recipe for half a portion, and then I strained and immediately thumped everything. In the process, I had to add another half glass of flour, since the dough was pancake, not pancake. Maybe the author confused the name and this is a recipe for pancakes, not pancakes? For salt too, too much came out. (The author corrected it now, before it was 1 hour. L.) In short, I added vanilla and flour from myself. They are soft to taste, all the splendor remains in the pan. After cooling, they were blown away. Now about boiling water: maybe it makes sense to first make the flour, and then add everything else? An ambiguous opinion about the recipe, I will try again with my own adjustments. Thanks anyway.

For now, Michelle's pancakes remain the leader in taste for me.

Happy holidays everyone, good luck!

Well, yes, I also first brewed flour (I make dough on dumplings like that), then I introduced the eggs (like in eclairs), and only then I spread this thing with kefir (or, better, yogurt). Well, the next acid-soda will learn more.

Searching the site did not give sane results.))
No, I have my own way of making pancakes, which is a hundred years old, probably because in three generations only in my memory, but what if there is a better one?
