Note

I also put a few small pieces of butter on top of the cottage cheese, it gets a rich creamy taste.

Will mascarpone fit here or do you need a denser curd?
I liked your recipe very much, I will definitely bake it in the near future and I will report!
Thank you!

I have never met a recipe with mascapone. Although here this pie is in all bakeries and cafes, there are a lot of recipes, but all the recipes are with cottage cheese.
Katshow
Tell me, how much fat did you take?
Lerele
20%, sometimes I mix 20 and 40%. You can do all of 40%, you can generally take fat-free.
Katshow
I haven't seen more than 18% - will it be okay?
Lerele
Yes, any grated cottage cheese will do. I even did it from fat-free. And there is generally 1.5%.

I made such a cake, though I found only chocolate pudding, but it didn't get any worse from that, what I want to say, there was a piece left yesterday, put it in the refrigerator and the whole family noted that after standing in the cold it is much tastier, very similar to cheesecake, thanks per recipe
Lerele
And this is cheesecake only in German.
I am glad that I liked the recipe, it is really delicious.

that cheesecake that we take in a cafe in Moscow is very fatty and incomprehensible, so we liked this recipe more
Lerele
There are also recipes with cream, these are a bit fat for me, and this one is just right. In general, here in every bakery they bake it, there are a lot of recipes.

did it again, instead of pudding I added starch and a little milk powder, for my taste it turned out even tastier

You can also add vanillin, it is in the pudding, and the smell from it is delicious.

Girls, I made from different types of cottage cheese at the same time. Delicious. Did 250g. Pasty cottage cheese, 500 gr. Grainy cottage cheese and 250 frischkase (pasty cottage cheese like Philadelphia) plus pudding for every pound of cottage cheese in classic recipes. I personally added both vanilla and creamy.
