I'm a novice baker. After removing it from the mold, I always have stirrers (there are 2 of them) in my bread, and when I take them out special. the crocheted holes remain in the bread. I tried to get it out of both hot and cold bread, it is equally not beautiful. A couple of times one stirrer remained in the bucket, but she stuck to her death a piece of bread the size of a fist. As a result, all the bread with holes, torn. How to be here? Maybe the stirrers should be lubricated with oil? I would be very glad if you can tell me how to solve this problem.

Belorusska , try lubricating the stirrers non-stick grease .

They wrote somewhere, turn the hooks (I can't remember where), the principle is this: after baking, get out a bucket of bread, turn the hook clockwise 90 degrees and return it to its original position (all by eye, of course). It helps me.

And I, when I was still baking in my HP, just pulled out the stirrers after the last stirring, I understand that this method is not suitable for everyone, but ... but it suited me ...

Me too, for Moulinex. I use it all the time. But, of course, for all programs it is necessary to mark the time of the last workout in the book. It is noted in my book. And in the bread on the bottom crust, only two small holes remain. And so that the bread will surely come out of the bucket without problems, after the end of baking, I take out a bucket of bread from the bread machine and cover the bucket for 10-15 minutes with a thick towel. After that, the bread comes out of there easily. Good luck!

If possible, I do so, but if with a delayed start, it will not work. And this is not an option, of course.

In general, it's unpleasant that a rather expensive bread machine has such bad kneading blades. I myself also suffer all the time, I just cannot get the bread out of the bread machine, only my husband is able to shake out the loaf. And there is another bread maker - Lentel for 900 rubles, so there the spatula pops out like clockwork, the bread has a neat shape even when you cut it, and here is such a disaster. Maybe you can put some smooth stirrers from some other bread machine?
It seems to me inappropriate to pull out the shoulder blades, especially with a delayed start. In addition, sometimes a ten-year-old child puts the bread in the oven; he will definitely not take out the scapula. But he can't get a loaf from a bucket either (

I wrote a little earlier: so that the bread will surely come out of the bucket without problems, after baking I take out the bucket of bread from the bread machine and cover the bucket for 10-15 minutes with a thick towel. After that, the bread comes out of there easily. Try it - it will help you for sure. But the stirrers remain in the bread.

But the stirrers remain in the bread.
Yes, they do, then only with a huge piece of crumb can you pull out ((I tried this, the loaf itself leaves the walls of the bucket well, but everything keeps on the mixers :(

And I often take out the stirrers after the last mixing and only holes remain in the bread. In the table in the instructions, I entered this time in each program (it is necessary to note this time) and I use it when necessary. The oven is not quite automatic, but the result is good. The first time it was not very clever to get the mixer, and then over time I got used to it and everything worked out very quickly.

Agree, it's strange to pay 7-9 thousand rubles for the stove and not use the delayed start, besides, stand over it and pull out the stirrers so that they don't get hot. Bread maker for 900 rubles. does better. I just thought, suddenly someone tried on mixers from other stoves and enjoyed the result; )

I also bought a Lentel bread maker and I also like it, but compared to Moulinex, it is rather weak in terms of baking possibilities. Well, if you use the delayed start, then, of course, you can't get the stirrers out of Mulinex.

I simply cut the stirrers with a knife along their contour and take them out of the loaf.
The holes are not very large, much less than just dragging them baked.
