Note

I took the recipe from the recipe book from Alexander Seleznev. There this bread is called "Coffee with chocolate drops". I had first grade flour and added bran to it, since I can't find whole grain flour. Well, I added colored dried pineapple cubes (candied fruit) for beauty.
I took more chocolate and more honey (instead of sugar) - I wanted sweet bread, but not white. It turned out gray, due to the first grade flour + bran.
The bread turned out to be very specific - sweet, but like black And melted chocolate is something! On the walls where it hits, it burns a little, but it's not scary in my opinion. The picture shows. In the context, pineapples and chocolate look very beautiful.

You can probably pour more coffee - these 5 grams did not give any color or smell. In general, they immediately ate the whole loaf

An interesting recipe! Are the pieces of chocolate melting?
vallia
Pieces that melt a little inside the bread and only slightly smear on the bread when cutting. And those that are caught closer to the crust spread strongly and burn a little. This is what I was most afraid of when I decided to try it. But ok, you can put chocolate (more, as for me).
