I think that such changes will not harm him. I don't have whole grain flour either, but I have wheat, so I grind it on a coffee grinder. You can replace some kind of flour (just not wheat) with buckwheat, it's also tasty

Today I tried to bake bread according to this recipe. I measured up to a gram on the scales. I took serum instead of water. I just took out a brick 5 cm high. The roof is all in holes.
There are 70 g of flax seeds in the repot, I ground them and it turned out a lot. What can be wrong? the tremors and flour are good.

UmSabir, maybe it's the serum, is it denser than water after all? sometimes I grind flax seeds too, and it doesn't seem to me that there are a lot of them ... and sometimes I fry a little so that only a little oil starts to stand out, my husband likes it better. It turns out he is not very tall, but not 5 cm either.

True, I altered the recipe a bit: instead of whole flour I put in bran, half the amount of flax grains with seeds and added black and white raisins. My work did not spoil him at all.
