Spicy perch

Ingredients

fresh pike perch - 1.5 kg, vegetable oil, salt, pepper - to taste, flour - to taste
ground ginger-1h. l. ground nutmeg-1 tsp

Cooking method

  • Peel the fish, cut into portions, season with salt, pepper and leave for 30-40 minutes.
  • Mix flour with ground ginger and nutmeg. Dip each piece of fish in the resulting mixture and fry in vegetable oil on both sides until golden brown !!
