Ingredients

wheat flour 170 g

Cooking method

  • We take out the dough and roll the balls the size of a walnut. Dip each ball into the protein, and then roll in the nuts.
  • We spread it immediately on a baking sheet and press the middle a little.
  • Put the baking sheet in preheated to 170aboutBake off the oven and bake for 5 minutes, then take it out and gently press the middle again. We return the cookies to the oven and bake for another 15 minutes.
