  • Smoke the sausages in advance in the Brand 6060 pressure cooker in a cold way - 10 minutes. Keep in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours. Cut the sausages and cherry tomatoes (I cut the tomatoes just before the bookmark so that the juice does not come out in advance).

  • Defrost the puff pastry at room temperature for 15-20 minutes. Roll out on a surface dusted with flour into a layer 3-4 mm thick. Cut out dough pieces with a cookie ring (I got 30 circles). Place them in the cells of the silicone mold.
  • Divide into dough pieces for 1 tsp. sauce, chopped sausages and cherry. Sprinkle with grated cheeses.
  • Mini pizzas with smoked sausages
  • Bake in the oven at 200 * C (I have a Pizza mode with convection) for 10-12 minutes.
  • Serve as a snack or simply as a snack.

Ksyusha, I have metal molds. What to do with them. Schaub not stuck tightly this case? Lubricate yes? And then I don’t trust silicone. Well...
Ksyushk @ -Plushk @
Ol, and I'm the opposite of metal. What I had, they all fried tightly. Although maybe my handles are not sharpened for them. Therefore, it is better to ask those in the know than to use it. I even .

Ai, okay, I'll think of a thread. Mersey
Ksyu, here's another thing I wanted to ask. You have such pictures, as if a photo studio. How are you doing this? eh?

Oh, just saw the message, litter.
No, I don't have a photo studio. I just have a kitchen. And I don't know how to phRatograph at all. I would like to learn. But even if you study from books that are already downloaded, you need practice without leaving the stove immediately to secure the material. And there is not enough time, as always.

Did you have puff pastry without yeast? Thank you. It's a pity, I have no tartlet molds. just for cupcakes ...
Ksyushk @ -Plushk @
Maria, You can use puff pastry according to your taste, whether yeast-free or yeast-free.

Bake in a pan for muffins (if they are not "openwork" of course): 1. circles of a slightly larger diameter will probably be required; 2.the filling will fit into the cells more
or without any form at all, on a baking sheet with baking paper

Thank you so much!!!

tell me how to make a thin dough, well, somehow I can't make it, it turns out a big and fluffy pie and not a thin pancake for pizza
