I have prepared it, I will repeat it. The only thing that changed: I roasted the meat in a wide saucepan, then transferred the meat to Shtebochka for 30 minutes on Meat, pressure 0.7. At this time, I fried the onion on the leftover fat in a saucepan and cooked sour cream with flour. I put ground smoked paprika from spices - it turned out to be a very interesting taste, we really liked it. Then she returned the meat to the saucepan and cooked it all together for 5 minutes. The cutlet beef of very average quality (by the way, I did not beat it off - the pieces were very variegated, with streaks) turned out to be so tasty and tender!
