Mushroom soup with turkey, tomatoes and leeks in a multicooker Brand 37502

Ingredients

oyster mushrooms (any) 0.5KG
turkey meat (chicken can be used) 8 portions
carrot 1 PC
onion 1 PC
leek cut off 8 cm from a large stem
a tomato 2 pcs (small)
celery stalk from the stem 7 cm
green onions, dill, parsley bunch
seasoning: bay leaf, black pepper (peas), allspice (peas), salt taste

Cooking method

  • In general, I have no scales, the ingredients are all by eye). I fried the mushrooms on the "steaming" mode until a slightly ruddy-yellowish crust, oyster mushrooms are boiled down a lot, so it took more than 0.5 kg. I added finely chopped onions to the mushrooms, fried the onions until transparent for 5 minutes. To it I added chopped carrots and 5 minutes more. Then I added the turkey, cut into large portioned pieces. A piece of chicken was lying around in the freezer, its there too. As a result, we got 8 large pieces from the order of birds)). I cut the tomato and leek into small cubes, a little celery, a bunch of herbs, seasonings, salt, poured hot water almost to the 2L mark and set the soup mode for 1.5 hours. The soup turned out to be not complicated, but very tasty.
