Ingredients

wheat flour 230g
sugar 41g
egg 2-3pcs (100g)

citric acid (diluted in 1 tsp. l. water) 0.1g
instead of soda and lim. acids, you can take baking powder 1 / 2h l.
deep fat frying
icing sugar for dusting
soda and citric acid solution can be replaced with baking powder 1/2 tsp
and if the cottage cheese is not sour, then 1h l.

Cooking method

  • This recipe (from the regulatory documentation for public catering) is taken on our forum Curd donuts GOST from Lisss's, for which many thanks to her.
  • All ingredients are from the original source.
  • according to GOST, it is recommended to make huge balls of 80g each and deep-fry at 160C for 10-15 minutes, sprinkle the finished donuts with powdered sugar.
  • Since 160C does not exist in our cartoon (max. 140s, I tried both on baked goods and on a multi-cook), then they fried for me longer. The first donuts, probably 30 minutes, while the cartoon was warming up. To better warm up and keep it warm, I covered it with a glass lid, otherwise they will fry for a very long time (things went badly without a lid). And when I closed everything it became as it should !!! Fry with a closed glass lid, and it is convenient to observe, everything is visible, and clean, oil does not splash! And the second batch was already faster for 15-20 minutes. See for yourself who loves how: tanned or paler !!! A matter of taste.
