Scallops on an apple cushion

  • Good day!
  • Today I came up with a recipe from scallops, I found it worthy to publish here.
  • So. In a slow cooker I put onions, cut into rings and smoked brisket, cut into small strips. I added quite a bit of vegetable oil. In the "Baking" mode I cook this for 5 minutes, add fresh scallops (proportions to your taste) and leave it all in the slow cooker for another 5 minutes. While the scallops are cooking, I grate a green apple without a peel (a matter of taste) and sprinkle it with lemon juice to keep it from getting dark. I put the apple layer on the plate first, and then the scallops. Salt and spices to taste (I did not add anything, since the natural taste is softer than the gentle one, I did not want to clog it with anything). A glass of dry white wine goes well with this dish.
  • The dish is very tender, tasty (usually rubber scallops, but in this case - tenderness) and, importantly, dietary.
