Chicken legs stewed in beer with mushrooms

Ingredients

chicken drumsticks 8pcs
champignons / forest mushrooms 200g
light beer 100ml
chicken bouillon 100ml
garlic 2-3 teeth
Sesame oil 1 tsp
soy sauce 3-4 st. spoons
sugar / honey 2 tsp
salt to taste
vegetable oil 2 tbsp. spoons

Cooking method

  • Fry the drumsticks until golden brown in vegetable oil. Place on a plate. Fry the mushrooms in the same oil for 2-3 minutes. Return the drumsticks to the saucepan, add crushed and chopped garlic, sesame oil, soy sauce, sugar, salt, pour beer and chicken broth. Simmer for 25-30 minutes under the lid, then open the lid, increase the heat and slightly evaporate the sauce.
