Chicken cut `` under tapac '' in Brand 35128 airfryer

Ingredients

Chicken Bloiler weight about 1.5 kg
Adjika Caucasian 1 tbsp. l.
Garlic
Salt

Cooking method

  • Stage 1:
  • Wash and dry the chicken. Cut into the breast with a knife or poultry scissors. Knock off with a meat hammer or tenderizer, making it as flat as possible. Salt. Chop a clove, or even two, of garlic. Use a knife to make cuts in the meat (not the skin!) And stuff them with garlic. Grate adjika on all sides (if you don't like spicy, then 1 tsp adjika can be mixed with 1 tbsp mayonnaise). Leave the chicken to marinate for at least an hour.
  • Stage 2:
  • Place the chicken on a low wire rack. Place the drip tray in the bowl of your Airfryer and place the grill with the chicken. Cook at T = 220 * C, speed 3 (high), time 1 hour.
