Cuantro:

it is a classic orange liqueur, good in cocktails, or with ice.

4 large oranges
700 ml vodka
350 grams of sugar if the oranges are sweet, 400 grams - if sour
a cinnamon stick (!), exactly a stick. or not at all. but generally desirable.
450 ml water

carefully remove the zest without white bloom and grind, then boil the syrup from water and sugar, boil until thick. put chopped zest, cinnamon stick in syrup and squeeze orange juice. and then pour in vodka. cork everything for 3-4 days, then filter and let it brew. delicious. but: it is a light liquor. and I prefer alcohol instead of vodka, then it will burn in the cocktail))))

during the absence of the cubs, I was fond of producing various liqueurs at home, then one son, then moving and repairing, then the second, breastfeeding, respectively, five years have passed, and now I start to chemistry again, and all Irina and her limoncello are to blame! I have to dig in, find records with liqueurs, I'll post it. made baileys, well, almost impossible to distinguish from the real, on a decoction of oak bark!
alenka_volga
here, I found a recipe for a delicious, delicious baileys:

BAILIS, an Irish cream liqueur.

vodka 1/2 l
oak bark 2 tbsp. l.
condensed milk 1 can GOST. 8.5% fat
eggs 8 pcs
water 1 glass

Pour oak bark with a glass of water, bring to a boil in a water bath, boil for 45 minutes. cool, drain. Friends, be sure to cool well, because otherwise the liquor will curl up !!!! Mix 8 yolks and condensed milk, vodka, oak bark, gradually add to the whipped mixture, beat everything well with a mixer - let stand a little and drink with pleasure !!!

We take, we take! I also make baileys, but without condensed milk. But with the bark of the oak, I made brandy, I cooked everything according to the recipe, but the bark was really felt. I had to put brandy on buns.

it is the bark of the oak - the main thing in cooking, gives this cognac, so to speak, flavor!
