Crispy cheese biscuits 2 (for waffle maker)

Ingredients

flour 130 g
potato starch 30 g
water 200 g
sunflower oil 50 g
salt 1 tsp
baking powder 0.5 tsp
hard cheese 100 g
seasonings to taste

Cooking method

  • Stir all ingredients except cheese. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and add to the finished dough. Put the dough on two cookies on a preheated waffle iron. One cookie needs ~ 1 tsp. test.
