Capelin fried in an air fryer

Ingredients

Capelin 600g
Corn flour 1-2 tbsp. l.
Semolina 1-2 tbsp. l
Salt to taste

Cooking method

  • We clean the capelin from the head and intestines.
  • In a bag we prepare a mixture of flour, semolina and salt.
  • Shake the fish in the bag so that it is all in this mixture. We bake in batches at 200 degrees. until cooked, each batch was prepared for 7 minutes.

Note

Very tasty and not as greasy as in a pan.

Svetlana, the most interesting thing is that I also didn't like frying because of the smell. And now I fry 1-1.5 kg 2-3 times a week - there is practically no smell, and the children eat it like seeds. This is how the smelt SMELLS, no capelin can compare with it.
