Time for preparing:

Note

Believe me, both right handles grow and are sharpened correctly (they have sharpened for so many years), but then I gasped too !!! Husband has a gastronomic orgasm!
The height of this casserole is 6 cm. It does not settle! But you need to withstand the regimes exactly, do not rush to take them out !!!

Py. sy. I somehow did not have enough kefir, I added sour cream.
I use low-fat bazaar cottage cheese, sometimes almost "near death".
I beat it with a blender ... but I do not beat it, I just mix it well with a whisk.

VERY ADVICE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Svetta, it's good that you put out this recipe. Very tasty casserole (soufflé) turns out. I did it several times and always the result. Thank you very much and Nadyushka (nvk) for poking me into this recipe.
Vasilica
Oh, I also make such a casserole often! Very delicate, airy!
irza
What a wonderful structure !!! Svetta, thanks for the beauty
And now a technical question, will it work in the oven? What about temperature conditions?

I won't say about the oven, I didn't. I'm afraid it might turn out to be an ordinary casserole, and in addition, it has settled ...
annnushka27
Oh, it's so good that this recipe was put up separately! Svetta, thanks! I already cooked according to this recipe, thanks to Nadia for the tip! Here my photo report!

If you replace the semolina with potato or cornstarch, then the casserole will be even softer and gluten-free.
It seems to me that the soufflé is steamed.

And here here shared this recipe Zagadoshna , though the baking mode there is still different ...
Tanyulya
I have been making such a casserole for a long time and I do not always follow the regimes, the result is always gorgeous.

Girls, it's my fault. I asked Svetta to expose the recipe. She showed it to me on another forum and when I did, I was stunned. In general, I eat cottage cheese in the form of cupcakes, but here is a soufflé ... So in the topic Dex 60 I told the girls, they asked to put it as a separate topic. I searched, did not find anything similar, and asked Sveta to put it up, since she nevertheless introduced me to him.
But the cooking technology is still different.
And now I do it almost every other day, though I distribute most of it, my husband and I need little. So I treat everyone.
Yes, my friends did it in the oven under a seam, they said it didn't work like that.It is drier, harder and less delicate. Now they over there are thinking about buying a cartoon. And the current for the sake of this casserole. I decided to finish them off for a purchase and later do something else so ... stunning.
And here is my casserole-cheesecake as I affectionately called it.

Wow, I'll do this urgently too))))))))))))))))))))))))))

Nagy, it’s so cool that I put it out, for someone the recipe will really be a novelty. I took this recipe from Domovushka at MHP and the same "infected" many of them.

OOPS ........

If the modders deem it necessary, then let them combine these recipes. I will not mind. And at MHP somehow I missed this recipe ... I took it in another place ...

I bake this in the oven. I don't cover it, just put an enamel mug of water down. Unfortunately, I won't say anything about the temperature - in my oven you can only determine it with a thermometer, which is dumb. Ovens are different for everyone, each one needs to be adapted empirically. Then whoever's hands grow correctly - everything will work out without technical priblud.
Taia
The recipes can be the same. It is personally important for me that it is as close as possible to my multicooker. And I don't want to experiment at all and look for the desired temperature regime specifically for my cartoon, because the author of the recipe gave data on the regime only for his multi model.
Therefore, I think that this recipe is a place if only because the baking time is indicated for Dex. And it was the Dexowners who asked to post this recipe.
For the first time I got baked goods. Thanks for the recipe.
Request: post this recipe in the section - Dex recipes (with minor adjustments).

Will not work- the cooking conditions are very different ... In the oven, you get a good tasty ruddy casserole (even with moistening), but after cooking in a multitude - somehow you just want this awesomely tasty soufflé ...
Svetta
At the request of members of the forum posted the recipe here https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&board=520.0

So I wrote that my acquaintances, after I treated them to this casserole, decided to make it in the oven, but under a fake. Not so dry, it comes out there. They are now thinking about buying a multicooker. I sit and think how to finish them off?

An interesting question ... My husband and I ate it for 2 days, but we could eat it right away. And her weight is 1.1 kg.

I am not Sveta, but I will answer from my bell tower. I carried it to the bank. There they were divided into 8 people for quite such a decent piece. My husband and I ate the first one literally in the evening together. My son made 3 pieces to the institute, they ate them in 4 for 2 days. Therefore, it all depends on the appetite of the eaters.

Girls, thanks. I'm just always afraid that my men (husband and adult son) will not be enough - they love to eat.
Wildebeest
Zoya, your men won't be enough, repeat. Buy cottage cheese for two at once.
yara
I prepared it today. Girls, believe me, this is so yummy !!!!!!!!!

I believe. I'll cook on the weekend. And I already bought a frozen cherry for "cimus" - I'll bore it with steamed sugar, it will be as fresh.

I, when there was no multi, baked a casserole for 500 grams of 5 eggs, sugar, 2 tablespoons of semolina, I also separated the eggs and baked them in a glass pan. it turned out a miracle as well, then devices appeared and I hardly turn on the oven. but never dropped. and did not add baking powder. and with this recipe, I think it will turn out even better.
but I will say - it turned out then very tender, I did not cover it with foil. temperature 170 g, looked when through the walls of the pan you can see the blush. when cut it was porous, like a biscuit.

I have set the Svetulino Souffle oven in the cartoon!

ABOUT! In the oven. Class. And then mine here ask how to do it in it, but they did it with 0.5 tbsp. decoys and it turned out not the same as in the cartoon. And you have 2 tablespoons of semolina. Maybe it's just less decoys in the end, so it turned out. The girls need to tell, otherwise they do not give in to persuasion for the cartoon. I'm still finishing them off.

So it's not really girlfriends. These are the operators in the bank, and we have good relations. So I treated them.
fronya40
I, too, none of the girlfriends wants, and my reasons for them ... I have them. I understand, and they me. I've already stopped talking ... maybe they just like standing in the kitchen?

Svetik, soufflé .. well, I'm just. I have no words ... this is the most tender, delicious, best, and in fact it is a soufflé, not a casserole ..... thank you very much!

Huh, that's how I did it from children's curd cheeses. They are like soft curd mass. And you do. And then put in a glass, tamping cocoa pancakes.

So I already have it piled up in glasses with additives, it will not go for a casserole.

Are the additives sweet? I put raisins and finely chopped dried apricots in it. Also very much even nothing, though sugar then urgently needs to be reduced.
Catwoman
Thanks for the recipe, I will definitely try to bake it, you just need to decide which one. And if in Dex, then also then another 50 minutes. keep it heated, right?

Yes, I'm in Dex and baked. Toka Svetta writes the oven for 40 minutes, I baked for 40 minutes for the first time, and then began to oven 50 and 50 on heating. And then 10 with the lid closed and I open it. letting it cool down a little more, then it does not break. Bake, this is something beyond description.
