Ingredients

Cooking method

  • Beat the softened butter with sugar and vanilla until creamy.
  • Add eggs to the resulting cream one by one, without ceasing to beat.
  • Sift flour, starch, baking powder and salt into a separate bowl.
  • Add the flour mixture in portions to the egg-oil mass.
  • Knead the dough. Real shortcrust pastry should be viscous and easily fall behind the spoon.
  • Put the dough in a greased form, evenly distribute and form the sides.
  • Lightly sprinkle the bottom of the pie with starch
  • I took frozen cherries and apricots, but in principle, you can take any berries or fruits (fresh, frozen or from compote), let the juice drain and
  • put on a shortbread
  • Mix flour, sugar, ground almonds in a bowl and grind with your hands or in a blender with butter until finely crumbled.
  • Pour the streusel onto the fruit.
  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake until tender for 40-45 minutes.
  • Remove the cake from the oven and cool. Remove from the mold already cold (the dough is very tender).
