To cook a shark you will need:

shark steak - 1kg,
fish broth - 3 cups,
onions - 2 heads,
roll - 1/2,
olive oil - 2 tablespoons l,
tomato - 4pcs,
garlic - 1 head,
saffron - 1 pinch
salt to taste
pepper to taste.

Fry finely chopped onion in olive oil. Add finely chopped tomatoes, saffron, garlic, pepper, salt. Pour the Hondaashi fish broth. Pour the mixture into a pot, put the shark meat chopped there, close the lid tightly and simmer over high heat for 15-20 minutes. Remove the fish from the pot, put on a dish, cover the top with slices of buns, dried until brown in the oven. Cook the remaining broth for a few minutes, until it thickens a little. Decorate the fish with vegetables and pour over the broth.
