Sour cream pie with blackberries (Panasonic SR-TMH10)

Ingredients

Dough:
cottage cheese 125g.
vegetable oil 5st. l.
milk 5 tbsp. l.
flour 200g.
sugar 65g.
baking powder 2h. l.
Filling:
Sour cream 20% 300 g.
Eggs 2 pcs.
Sugar 65 g.
Starch 1 tsp
Blackberry 400 g.
Vanilla sugar 1 sachet

Cooking method

  • Instead of blackberries, I have frozen blueberries, I didn't weigh them - 3-4 handfuls, you can use any berry for the season. I put less sour cream, about 200g, once made sour cream + classic agusha 4.5%.
  • I mixed all the ingredients for the dough in a food processor. The dough is very soft. The multicooker saucepan (I have a small one) was samazzed with butter.
  • I laid out the dough and made the sides with my hands. In a mixer, I knocked down all the ingredients (except for the berries) for the filling. I poured the filling onto the dough. On top I put evenly unfrozen berries.
  • "Baking" mode 65 minutes + on heating 30. I don't know if heating is needed or not? Left once and the heating worked for 3 hours. Another time, 30 minutes. The result is equally tasty!)))
  • Cooking options:
  • Oven 180C 40 minutes.
  • Original recipe: Lisa magazine. Bon Appetit"

It is strange that there is not a single review, but the recipe is wonderful ... The dough is really very tender. : nyam: I did it with black currant, next time I will try with red one, I just froze a lot of berries for the winter, but I think it will be even tastier with blackberries. An excellent recipe for cottage cheese baking. Thanks to the author

Thanks for the recipe! the filling is very tasty. made with sour cream, red and black currants.
Delicious !!!!!

Omela, but in the original it should be baked in the oven? How many?
And what Agusha, or rather what exactly from the assortment of your Agusha? And then we have Agusha a rarity ...

Yes, I added the Agusha yoghurt once only because there was not enough sour cream, but I wanted a pie.

How much to bake in the oven I will not say. The original is blurry somewhere. I bake only in MV. You can navigate by the filling. She must "grab" and not sway back and forth (explained). Sometimes after 65min. added another 20 minutes if the filling did not reach the desired thickness. You need to cool in a saucepan, and then turn over onto your hand and onto a plate.

It turns out very tasty with cherries.

Thanks for the recipe!
The pie is delicious. Only my cartoon at Baking works in a strange way, so I baked for 65 + 40 + 40 minutes.

Very nice pie turned out !! Glad you liked it! Thanks for rating: flowers:

You know, lately I have the same history with baking, all the time I have to add time. I think maybe it's worn out already ???
Leith
mmmmm, thanks !!!! The cake - just delicious turned out
Omela
Leith , eat to your health !!! And with a purchase !!!

Just about ... gygygy ... soon he will abandon the disastrous business of "observing" the figure and finally will look like a man, and not like an immortal koshchei

And my pastries and from the very beginning worked like that. In sense, time had to be added. Maybe the voltage is not enough? I have so 180 sometimes barely. And the top is lightly baked. And even worse in the oven

Sympathize with you. It was necessary to immediately carry it to the service center to measure the temperature. I really didn't measure in mine !!

Apparently I misunderstand something ... Please tell me which ingredients for the dough, and which are the filling. I don't want to embarrass myself ... Help please

Thanks for writing, I thought eggs in the dough.
I don't have frozen berries, do you know if you can, for example, currants with sugar instead of berries?

I would not hesitate to flop, only I would not put sugar in the filling. Well, the amount is smaller than fresh berries (I would reduce it by half, that is, I would put 200 grams), otherwise it will turn out sugary ... although it will be delicious for a sweet tooth!

Yeah, the service centers here are special. Yesterday I tried to order a spare part for my Bosch, it was not there. She dictated all the nameplates, how the spare part looks, described, fought for half an hour with the lad. And then he said: "So, maybe you can order in Moscow?" A saucepan for Panas add. I, too, did not order through these guys, they did not hear the words multicooker.
And the pie is superb. We must portray him in a cuckoo.

Girls, SOS, SOS, SOS !!!!!!

The recipe was dressed in a new form, and because of this a misunderstanding. I wrote to the moderators and asked to correct them. It was like this:

vegetable oil 5st. l.
milk 5 tbsp. l.
sugar 65g.
flour 200g.
baking powder 2h. l.

Filling:
Blackberry 400 g.
Sour cream 20% 300 g.
Eggs 2 pcs.
Vanilla sugar 1 sachet

Leith
Omela, Thank you! Yes, with blackberries - the taste is awesome. A little sour. True, my husband said that with bones
NataliaK
Thanks a lot for the clarification! I have frozen black currants, but this weekend I want to try.
Omela
I did a lot with what, but most of all I like with black currant !!!

Nataliya , good luck!

I was sent here to look, but I already want to !!!
Yesterday, only local garden thieves brought me a two-liter plastic bottle of blackberries for half a liter, and today I bought cottage cheese, well, how come this way ...
The report is for me!
Omela
inusya , you are lucky !!!! Good luck!

DUMP, this is not a cake, this is just a BOMB !!!
I thought I'll gobble it up right with the bucket, I can't wait to cool ... how does it smell ... it's just no words.

although I have a suspicion that the smell was also added from the cinnamon. my sister accidentally mixed up the jars and mixed the starch with a little cinnamon, now I have such a strange starch. so it may be useful to someone.
but I think it's not just cinnamon !!!

almost everything was done according to the recipe.
in the combine mixed the base. really a very pleasant dough. laid out on parchment paper in a multi bucket.
but I didn't have so much sour cream. because for the filling I took 150 grams of sour cream and 150 grams of cottage cheese, added a drop of milk.
Well, there were no berries. there was a blackberry, but in the morning I changed it into jam. wanted a "black prince" to do. so the chokeberry jam went into the filling.

the filling turned out to be watery, and it seemed like a lot, but it did not come out of the banks of the base.
the jelly, of course, went to the bottom when I laid it on top.

baked in a large multi perfezza pr-57, a bucket of 5 liters. by time 50 + 20 minutes.
when I opened the lid, my filling rose above the main one, but immediately settled.

it looked very cute, the taste is divine!

Now the traditional question for me is how to increase this delicious treat? if you just increase the proportions, will I get a thicker bottom and higher sides? so it should be?
change baking time or leave it as it is?
Omela

I actually have a little cartoon for 2.5 liters. Therefore, for your 5 liters, you can and increase. For starters, try 1.5 times.
Leith
Oh, girls, I read you, salivated, and went to the store for missing ingredients. I haven't baked it for a long time. Now my dear is puffing, the family will delight in an hour

so I did just that. the first 50 minutes have already passed ...
today I already stocked up on sour cream, but still decided to dilute the filling with cottage cheese 50-50.

Omela, I got an enlarged sour cream.

Sour cream pie with blackberries (Panasonic SR-TMH10)

so tall (up to 6 years old) and the filling practically did not bend. I just can't get enough of it - it's so delicious !!!

if anyone needs it, here are my recalculations - very suitable for a 5-liter multicooker:
dough:
- cottage cheese: 190 gr
- vegetable oil: 7.5 tbsp. l.
- milk: 7.5 tbsp. l.
- flour: 300 gr
- sugar: 100 gr
- baking powder: 3 tsp.

filling:
- sour cream: 450 gr. (I took sour cream 200 gr + cottage cheese 200 gr)
- eggs: 3 pcs
- sugar: 100 gr
- starch: 1.5 tsp.
- vanilla sugar: 1 sachet
- blackberry

I hope nothing that I wrote my dosages.

I didn’t have time to take a photo ... the pie is gone ...
Inusya

but I think if you suddenly forget and the pie will sit for two full cycles (50 + 50), then nothing terrible will happen.

I want to bake this miracle tomorrow ... But I just don't understand what "1 packet of vanilla sugar" means? I have 8g and 15g bags of vanilla sugar. Which one of them was meant? I understand that the difference of 7 g won't make much of the weather, but in many recipes they also write "1 sachet". To know for the future.

and I always look at what is written on the back.
here I have a bag of 8 grams, on the back it says "designed for 500 grams of flour." according to the recipe 300 gr, but there is also cottage cheese ... so I think my bag is just right.
I would take half of my bag for the dosage of MASSELS.

here, probably, like with baking powder - they can throw a bunch of everything inside to increase the mass, but essentially vanillin will be like a gulkin's nose.
Inusya

Here I am! She came to cry, maybe she will regret it. But the broody! I decided to make an enlarged prescription according to Polinka (I didn't take the pill because of greed ...)
First: I prepared two bowls - one for the dough, the other for the filling.
I put up all the products and put it on myself, one there, the other here, oh yes, Innochka is great. And the eggs spilled into the wrong bowl, that is, to the dough mixture, and not to the filling. This was the first puncture. Excessive self-confidence is punishable!
Then I decided that although I had a standing sour cream, it was not enough, and let me, I think I’ll dilute it with a little milk. The second puncture, I later realized that when it didn’t want to thicken when it was knocked down.
In general, the result was noticeable already in the cooking process: the filling was liquid, that the blackberries in it just immediately went to the bottom, and the dough was visible due to the presence of unnecessary eggs there, what were the sides, what are you talking about, there were pancakes fry. In general, do not pour out the same, I translated the drain of grubs, I started this business for good luck. I baked two and a half times 50, and stood on the heating for another hour and a half when I saw that this would not change anything.
The final was finally amazing, but how to get this brew ??? I somehow tilted it, dumped it and called my husband: Pour a pie for you? To which he, seeing this, happily replied: I will definitely take a picture of THIS myself and show your aunts (this is for all women - affectionate) on the website: but let them try to do this, weak?
It was the finish line. Forgive me, but I won't dare to let anyone see such a photo!
... From such a sad day for me today! ...

Well, that's where we had to start !!!

and then a sad day ... you might think ... remember how much the marina steamed until she understood how to bake in the 56th model. there is no result without errors!

just in case:
1) I add products directly from the list, so as not to get lost. the first time, too, I was clever and forgot to add baking powder - at the very last moment I filled up. first, I throw everything on the dough into the combine, while it is spinning, I prepare the filling with a mixer.
2) to make it easier to take out the finished pie, I bake it on parchment paper. then you do not have to wait until it cools completely, but carefully pull it out by the edges of the paper.

Virgo, well, it's good to laugh, and so yesterday everyone was teasing me with my soup pie! Yes, I myself laughed ...
In short, I'm getting ready for the second bake. Counter. question: what kind of consistency the filling should be, does it just get thicker when whipped or is it current in normal people? She should pour from a spoon or still more standing (God sho, I think, well, there are no men)!

ooh ... it was for me ... the most important thing is that I am VERY CAREFULLY read and remembered ...
and began to make two bowls at once - both the dough and the filling ... oil got into the filling, tried to catch it ...
farther better - the filling turned out to be very thin, "overflowed the banks", well, that's where I looked, but poured and poured, well, right above the sides, the good was not lost ...
in short, it's worth baking my pie ... Mistletoe, thanks for the recipe ...
SupercoW, Polinka, thanks for the recount ...
innusya, I also have a 2nd swim ..
SupercoW
girls, what are you kidding ??? Well, you give a pancake! jokes! but nothing, but now remember your first attempts for a long time!

inusya, I don't know about the mistletoe, but I wouldn't say that my filling was very thick ...
the first time, when I gurgled a little milk at all, it turned out thin.
the second time (sour cream + cottage cheese) - well, so-so ... in short, I would attribute it more to liquids than to thicknesses. probably like a dough for pancakes ... she was pouring with me.

I also want to say - I didn't whip the filling, I just mixed it with a mixer. that is, I did not aim to beat the eggs with sugar like a biscuit, and then add everything else. I poured everything into a bowl at once and walked with a mixer to mix well and that's it. if I do not advise correctly, then Omela will correct it, please, but everything worked out for me - you saw everything.

Omela
Olka44 , well, you give !!!! Direct epidemic of some kind !!!!!

Counter. question: what kind of consistency the filling should be, does it just get thicker when whipped or is it current in normal people?
inusya , the filling does not thicken when whipping (or stirring). There is simply nothing to thicken. It is liquid. And poured onto the dough. If you are worried, add more starch - not tsp, but art. l. And I don't immediately get the pie out of the multi. After cooling, the filling becomes harder, and you can safely turn it onto a plate.

Girls, success in the second swim !!!! Do not disappoint !!!
