Piedmont salad (Salade piemontaise)

Ingredients

Potatoes 4 things.
Ham 150 g
Eggs 3 pcs.
Pickles 5-7 pcs.
Bulb onions 1 PC. (average)
Tomatoes 2-3 pcs.
Mayonnaise
Salt pepper

Cooking method

  • Boil potatoes, cool. Boil the eggs. Chop potatoes, ham, cucumbers, eggs into cubes. Dice the tomatoes (or dice too). Chop the onion finely if desired. Mix everything and season with mayonnaise (I season with a mixture of mayonnaise and yogurt 1: 1). Season with salt and pepper to taste.
