Good evening to novice bakers !!! If you have a Panasonic SD-2501 then there should be no problems with wheat-rye bread in the French bread mode. True, I do not follow the recipe from the instructions a little - maybe you will try

This: 1.25 grams of yeast (I have a Saf-Moment)
350 gr of wheat flour (I have LIMAC)
50 gr rye flour (also LIMAC)
1 tsp salt
1/2 tablespoon honey or sugar
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
310 ml water
dry malt can be added 2 tbsp will darken and taste changes

and that's it - French bread mode

And this is what I baked today (rested against the lid):

Panasonic SD-2501. Wheat rye bread

Try it and everything will work out!

Admin THANKS for transferring. Maybe you can also help draw a picture in the second column, otherwise it stands out for its absence. Do not judge strictly, I am just learning and if possible then help. THANK YOU!!!

You need to fill out the recipe according to all the rules, that is, fill out the table here https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&board=499.0, there is a red NEW RECIPE button on the top right.

Then it turns out that the recipe is correct and the photo

GrannyHouses, you can really learn about yeast ?? ъъ what is 1.25 gr ??

Most likely you need 1.25 tsp. yeast - possibly a mistake in the recipe
For 400 grams of flour, it should be so.
