So, why are we sitting in the bushes? I need recipes, including me personally

By the way, I'm going to buy one, but I'm just tormented by the choice of what volume to buy, large or small

I also suffered, but then I decided, there is a 5 liter, I took it for 4 liters. I cook 3 liters of soup for 4 people for 2 days. I drive it every day, unlike 5005, 4 displacement just for our family. A friend, on my recommendation, bought a 5 liter, but they have a bigger family. I and a little cartoon are more often at work than 4.5 liters.
Oh, girls, what an inner saucepan, just a song! And baked goods! Tomorrow I planned to make a curd casserole, I will report. She cooked all sorts of meat broths in it - transparent, meatballs in gravy, porridge just gorgeous, baked mannik several times, today stuffed cabbage rolls, soups.
I have already shown the photos of the saucepan and all the insides.
Catwoman
I expose a few photos promised, the rest can be seen deleted, I will now take pictures. I'll make a reservation right away, I can't take a picture.

it Mannik from Makaruk, with frozen cherries, baked on a casserole, did not change anything in std. program:

Oursson MP4002 and MP5002 pressure cookers
Oursson MP4002 and MP5002 pressure cookers

Yesterday, cabbage rolls, roast on the program, 30 min:

Oursson MP4002 and MP5002 pressure cookers

What else I like about this model of pressure cooker, it shows on the display when the steam is letting off and when the lid can be opened.
Solena
And what about the additional saucepans for these models? Is there or will not be at all? I want a 4002 (or maybe even 5002) model, but with an additional saucepan, but I haven't seen it in stores on the internet.

Inna, unfortunately, I haven’t seen any pots on sale either, but I don’t bother with that, she has a very high-quality saucepan.

Photos of the saucepan can be found here https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=177158.2980

Tanyushka, can you make the link active, otherwise it will take a long time to upload these photos here again?

Gone are the baked curd casserole. True, I'm not very friendly with them, but I really want to try baking in this saucepan, while the "casserole" function makes me very happy.
MariV
Tell me, virgins, tell me - I read it very carefully!
Tyk-s, I looked at the prices in the internet - Lena, whisper in your ear - do you have a lope there? Tell us about the casserole - how is the coating? And in general, in more detail - well, very interested!
4 liters - very interesting!
And longing - how long? Beans - are beans a program? Purération is how? Lena, are you druhh to me or ...? Inject!
Catwoman

Ol, I took in Eurolux for 4990+ 350 rubles. delivery, now brought to us in Technosila, costs as much as 10 rubles cheaper. Ceramic coating, I like it even better, compared to 5005, below with honeycomb. I showed the saucepan in deviceaholics.

Olga, what you did not understand about languishing and purération? In these pressure cookers: porridge, roast, soup, casserole, chicken in the morning, beef, lamb, pork cutlets, jellied meat.Setting the cooking time: porridge from 3 to 30 minutes, roast from 10 to 1 hour, soup from 10 to 4 hours, casserole from 1 0 minutes to 1.5 hours, jellied meat, from 5 minutes to 2 hours, pork: 10-1 hour, beef: 10-1 hours, chicken 10-1 hours Timer for all programs except casserole from 2 h-24 h.

In functions, it reminds me of Lakuchinka, the most optimal, but of course the saucepan cannot be compared with Lakuchinovskaya, heaven and earth.

I cooked milk porridge for 15 minutes, quite enough, it turns out like stewed.

I use this pressure cooker more often than a 5 liter one.
MariV
Lena, did you bake in it? How does she compare to a lacquer? My lacuchinka bakes well, but in it this turntable with programs is generally loose, I'm looking for a suitable replacement - this one is very interested! I read about languor with purération on the first page - look yourself!
Catwoman

Baking and manniki and 1 time a biscuit, now I put a cottage cheese casserole for a test. It bakes very carefully and evenly, of course the top does not count. Everything jumps out with a bang. So I took her to replace Lakuchina, recently I was tormented until I caught the right program.
As always, store sites write a complete beleberd. They don't know anything about their product. I forgot to write that I cooked both buckwheat and rice for a side dish.
MariV
Will the pot be covered with a copper basin? Cho do boom? What life will we look for? Or, for that kind of money, you can throw it away and buy a new one? Yes?
Catwoman

Did Lakuchinka have a service? Ourson has, by the way, the warranty card is full, the stamps are everywhere, I really liked it. And what does it cover? A minimum of bells and whistles for me personally only a plus. I pulled out a casserole, 55 minutes was too much, it was necessary for the standard 40 minutes. leave tanned, I love lighter. I took a picture, I will cool down and show it tomorrow.
MariV
I'm going to die with you - service at the little girl !!!!! We sold our casseroles and faded away - well, I don’t know about yours, but mine honestly worked out my money! I drove her into the tail, into the mane! : girl_skakalka: Len, this lid is not removable?

PPKS. Even nothing to add! When I put porridge for the morning in the evening, my husband makes fun, radio operator Kat, says, pee-pee-pee
Lena, how does she cook milk porridge? Is the lid splashing?

Mine also served faithfully, several times my money. Ol, no, not removable, like Panasonic's, the inner one can be removed, the special is unscrewed. puck, I also like that, otherwise Lakuchinka has recently, in addition to brain problems, also the inner part of the lid constantly flew off when I opened the lid, at the end it was just infuriating.

Vasilika, cooks porridge exclusively. I cook only in milk, without adding water, the milk does not rise above the level of the poured one, so the lid is perfectly clean. Porridge is different from a multi-cooker, it seems to me tastier.

Girls And I have already run out of money ... I bought it for the rest - for 4 liters which ......... I just came with her ... Tomorrow my business will be swelled and sent to the hospital ...
But about milk porridge, you can get more details - on what mode and how to cook, but I thought that milk porridge would not work ..
Admin

Something you so smartly ran for the pots ... while I was figuring out which one to choose

And I ordered myself 4002, already on the way ... and it cost 400 rubles cheaper ... and free delivery to the apartment itself will be delivered for days
MariV
I went to their website - this is where the wind blew about languor and purération - there is the same infa. They save on those. editors! Well, I also found it for a little over 4 with delivery - I'll think ........

Dairy cooked for 15 minutes. on porridge. 1 cup of cereal per 1 liter of milk, a little salt and butter. It can be done on the "soup" too.
Cook the cereal garnish 1: 1.5 water.

Thanks. I'll try ... This is my first pressure cooker ... I'm trying to understand its modes ...
Porridge - evaporates, the soup looks like no - is it like in a slow cooker - like a tomite? What happens on Chicken, Beef and Pork?
Yeah ... another question, where is it better to cook, on what mode?

Girls, dear, how does Oursson 4002, 5002 differ from 5005, why do you buy this pressure cooker having more (as it seems to me) perfect ... It's not just curiosity, I really want Oursson 5005 ...

Devices are different in nature, differ in programs and structure. 5005 is more powerful.
5002 and 4002 are the same only differ in the volumes of the pan of 5 and 4 liters.

Today I made chicken broth on the soup program for 20 minutes, the pressure gained up to 4. When I opened the lid, everything was covered with foam from the broth, there was simply no living space on the lid ... And then I took out the chicken and cooked fish soup in this broth ... The pressure this time was 2 - and the lid was clean (after the chicken broth I washed it) What does that mean?

Natasha, maybe you poured water, I have a clean lid, only if I pour water in an almost full saucepan, about cm2 from the edge, then a little film on the lid may stick, but this is from my greed. In the next. just as I'm going to cook the soup, I'll take a picture of a saucepan with broth.

This pressure cooker has no 4 pressure - where did you find it?

Admin, 4002 has four pressure divisions.
NatalyMur
Yeah ... I don't see the signed numbers on the pressure here - just stripes - when there is no pressure, the stripes do not burn, starts to gain pressure - the first one lights up, then the second, etc. There are 4 stripes in total. So my chicken broth was cooked on the last strip, and fish soup on the second from the left ... something like that .. By the way, before that I cooked on the modes Porridge, Chicken and Fry - the lid always remained absolutely clean ...

Natasha, Admin probably meant the 5005 model, there really is 0-1-2-3. And in our model, there are only 4 strips that light up as the pressure builds up.

Oh thank you ... I didn't pour the water, I did everything according to the norm ... I'm just worried, maybe there is something wrong with my pressure cooker?

Do not worry, everything is fine, it may still depend on meat, I cooked the last beef, there was a lot of foam around the edges of the saucepan, the chicken doesn't have that.

I have both 5005 and 4002, personally I do not use all the functions in 5005 easier. Lazy, I threw everything into a saucepan, poked a button and let it cook.
And in 5005 I like a 2-storey double boiler, I gave a large one to my mother, this is enough for my family. By the way, I have never used the manual mode in it, and for me personally the advantage of the 4002 model is that you can open the lid with one hand without trying (in the 5005 model you need two hands).
NatalyMur
Helen, you also have water in the manti ... But I don't ... That's why I was worried. I thought that the soup should not have such an active boil ...
I bought it recently, this is my first pressure cooker - you can see and worry ...
And also thanks for the feedback on the 5005 model ... Otherwise I just got sick with her

Natasha, I use 4002 much more often than 5005, the design is simpler, and the quality of the saucepan is the same as that of the 5005, I even like the honeycomb at the bottom if I would buy 4002 and 5002 now, at the price of one 5005. And the water is in manti. .. so not always in the instructions everything is correct and also see if the valve is tight, click on it. On another forum I read that on "porridge" porridge is fried at the bottom, I don't have that, and I cook porridge exclusively in milk, without adding water. At my first pressure cooker, Olga-Mariv will not let me lie, in general the timer and time were confused, I got used to it and adored it. The husband even remembered her the other day. And this one has not a single flaw in 1.5 months. I did not find daily use.

Boom to adjust
And the quality of the pan killed me altogether ... a masterpiece (I compare it with Panasonic)

Oh and don't say it! She is in a place of honor with her mother, but she rarely uses it, she ordered her friend with her, she also mercilessly exploited her for 2 years. So the old woman served her purpose. and there were also only 8 pieces of software in it, enough, so I was looking for this one, similar in functions to Lakuchinka.

Ol, I didn’t bake biscuits in Italian, so I don’t know, this one time, quite worthy, give my more manna, by the way, I showed a photo of one of them with frozen cherries. I don't really dabble in baking, but I like it in this one, the color of the crust is golden.

I'll post the video a little later, but for now the review ...
I like it: she cooks well, quietly, I really liked how he lets out steam, so puff .. puff .. in tiny batches and slowly. no rapid emissions. During the release, writes PAR. I liked the bowl, quite strong, not light about 800g.
I didn’t like it: the handles on the bowl .... well, something is not clear, but it’s difficult to call it handles, additional potholders are needed to get the saucepan.
In general, I am satisfied so far. I cooked soup and pasta.
When the soup was boiling, there were no traces of boiling on the lid, but the soup steam was present, and the soap was also removed.
I'm testing further.

I did not understand ... they did not give me ... I have 846 g
I put 10 minutes on Kasha, but too much. nadot less, did not fall apart, but you still need to put 8 minutes no more, then fried in oil, then it turned out to be curly.
5-7 minutes it builds up pressure, then the actual cooking begins, that's what we need to proceed from.
The soup was filmed, but we won't edit it today, the operator has a temperature of 39, so maybe tomorrow.

Ches word! I'm not lying, there is even a photo with a saucepan on the scales. And about the pasta: At the beginning, cook, min. 8, then fry on a "roast" min. 5-7 right? And the proportions of water: pasta? Sorry, dear, for pestering you, you can write later. Let the operator get well!

So I say ... I don't understand ... why I have something less
Yeah, first cook in Kasha for no more than 8 minutes, then immediately on Kasha (I switched on the program again), with the lid open, fry in butter, then decide for yourself what degree of frying you like ..
What are the proportions ??? I poured macaroni over the eyes, salted it, a bit of vegetable oil and water, so that the pasta would look out of it ... well, they didn't have enough water.
NatalyMur
My saucepan is also 916g ...
Today I did the roast brisket with vegetables on the regime - a little grow. butter, then onion coarsely chopped in half rings, chopped brisket, then potatoes in plump round pieces, and coarse cabbage, salted and pepper, 1 tbsp. l. sour cream on top and 30 min. When I was ready, I opened the lid, put the greens on top and closed them, left them on the heating for 15 minutes ... In short, I’m sitting around and very happy ... It turned out very tasty, without broth, the bottom fried very pretty ..
Previously, on this mode, everything floated in the broth, now I understand why, I put a lot of frozen vegetables ...

Hello everybody!!! I also bought the pressure cooker mr5002 today. Naturally, I immediately decided to try it. Pretty strong smell so far. I boiled water with lemon. Hopefully the smell will go away gradually. And more ... When you stand with the plug on, you can hear the buzzing, which is not quite quiet. Is this the same with you? I have had a Panasonic multicooker for a long time and I had a Unit pressure cooker. But for the first time I come across a buzz. Maybe it's a marriage?
NatalyMur
If it doesn’t work, but is only plugged into the outlet, then it seems to me that there should be no buzzing - I don’t hear it anyway ...
