Fluffy chocolate cake

Ingredients

Whole Sweetened Condensed Milk 1 can
Raw egg yolk 3 pcs
Softened butter 5 tbsp. spoons
Flour 400 g
Baking powder or gash. soda 1 tsp
Cocoa 2-3 st. l
Raisins 100gr.

Cooking method

  • All ingredients are simply hand blended.
  • Fluffy chocolate cake
  • If adding raisins, dust them with flour.
  • Lubricate the shape (diameter 24, preferably round) with butter.

  • We bake in the oven at 180-200 degrees for 40-50 minutes, checking the readiness. (I once reached an hour at 180)
