Ingredients

cheese "Russian" 200 g
garlic 3-4 cloves
mayonnaise 3-4 tbsp
ground paprika 1 tsp
freshly ground black pepper 1 tsp
ground chili pepper 0.5 box l

Cooking method

  • 1 Grate cheese and garlic on a fine grater, combine with all the other ingredients and stir with a spoon until smooth. At the beginning of kneading, the paste seems very steep, but after a few minutes it becomes plastic. You can add a little mayonnaise if necessary. The finished pasta can be easily spread on sandwiches.
  • You can store in the refrigerator for 2-3 days, but freshly cooked is best. The paste is immediately ready for use. It turns out to be quite spicy, but the amount of spices can be adjusted in any direction if desired.
  • Sandwiches are good both as snack bars and as a savory addition to soups or borscht.
