Express boiled pork in 10 minutes

Ingredients

Pork fillet 2 Kg
Mayonnaise 2 tbsp. spoons
Bay leaf 2 pcs
Allspice ball 3 pcs
Marjoram 1 teaspoon
Salt 1/3 cup
Pepper 1 teaspoon
Sugar 1 tbsp. the spoon
Garlic 4 cloves
Water 2.5 liters

Cooking method

  • Pour water into a heavy-bottomed saucepan. Add all the spices, mayonnaise and garlic to the water. We boil everything and let it cool down. Put the pork in the cold marinade and bring to a boil. From now on, cook for 5 minutes and remove from gas. Leave the meat overnight to cool (in the same saucepan in brine), and then in the morning we bring to a boil and cook again for 5 minutes. Again, let it sit for a few hours to cool the meat. Remove the finished meat from the brine, wrap it in paper or foil and keep it in the refrigerator.
