I liked the design, but there is almost no information about it. Does anyone use this?

This is beauty! I would LOVE this! Black rolls are my weakness
Nevushka, how much is such a miracle? And the menu in Russian?

At 12960 p. Another would be to see a saucepan at this beauty.

Good price, very much even, something I didn't want it.

So it’s interesting how it works, does it work out its price?
Mannochka, I think that its cost is more due to the sophisticated design, and the bowls in the pressure cookers, in general, are not bad, it seems to me that they are even the same.
Anechka75
Well, guys ... Today dad brought this wonderful machine as a gift. I bought it from M-Video. Before buying, there was a choice between Moulinex cook4you and Radmond 150. As a result, literally falling under the hypnosis of a consultant, this one was bought, although no one counted on such a price tag. I bought it. I brought it. Of course, she looked solid, although in my bright kitchen it looked like a black hole))). And the menu is beautiful, and the backlight ... Only one small trifle: NO RECIPE BOOK. At all. How and what to cook, how much to put in and how much water to pour, as well as what to set the cooking temperature and what time - all this is "guess it yourself". I was not even too lazy to call this Kambrook. They said that really, the book of recipes is not provided. To my question, how then to cook, they advised to rummage in the internet. Unfortunately, in spite of my very extensive culinary practice, I do not own such a technique and we have never had cartoons at home before, and, as it turned out, there are no recipes for it on the Internet, because the model is new, but if and there were, it turns out it's just recipes of the same "homemade" as me ... I had to take it back to the store, well, and figs with her. The cost of the recipe book is 100 rubles. Compared to the cost of multi (15 tons), this is complete garbage. Was it really so difficult to shove a little book - I don't understand. By the way, as it turned out, sellers receive an increased bonus for the technique of this brand, so be careful, dear chefs.
Vichka
Anechka, Congratulations on your purchase!
If you have the opportunity, show the multicooker bowl.
Vei
I didn't understand, did you give it back to the store ???
Of course, it was better to take the Redmond-150, this is at least a multicooker, and even the most cooked one from Redmond, or a new hybrid from Polaris. And here is only a pressure cooker, although I have liked it for a long time, I also saw it in the M-video.

Of course we passed it back. This is not a pressure cooker, this is exactly cartoon + three modes of steam pressure. The bowl is good there, at least in appearance. Well, I haven't even tried cooking, there are no recipes. The menu contains only options for cooking programs, such as: frying, cooking, baking, soup, porridge, etc. And how much to put, what time to set and how much water to pour - not a word anywhere. Maybe, of course, someone doesn't care, well, there are culinary virtuosos, personally, I can only cook in an ordinary frying pan or saucepan.

How will I show it to you if we passed it?
Nevushka
IMHO - a recipe book is not needed if you have at least minimal cooking skills. And so everything is clear from the names of the modes.

Aha, how! This is what makes me laugh))) I looked at it from all sides - this is a pressure cooker with all the necessary protections and consequences.

Believe me, I have enough cooking skills. It's not clear there. Maybe, of course, there are specialists in nature with innate cybernetic literacy, unfortunately I'm not one of them. All other soap cookers have a menu or a recipe book, from this we can conclude that there are still the majority of people like me. But the taste and color, as they say ...
Nevushka
Anechka75 Well, I don't know, I downloaded the instructions - the modes are described there normally, but what else is needed? in the multicooker first appeared on the market there were no recipe books and cooked somehow .. Do not be offended, it's just really strange for me that the reason for returning was the lack of a recipe book.
Lerele
And I understand. Anechku, when there is no experience at all, then you don't know which program to put on, and how much
What to put.
When the Mulinex pressure cooker was brought to me, I did not get out of the topic, I read it carefully, I cooked only according to recipes.
Against the declared pressure cooker for me - the price. A saucepan cannot cost more than a stove, for example. Or a refrigerator.

Gold words! You have voiced my thoughts.

Disagree with you, and in place Anechka75 I would also hand over this new unit back to me. It is scary to start mastering a pressure cooker, and even without clear recommendations from the manufacturer, especially if I had not had any business with fast-pacers before.

Oh, thanks a lot for your support! And then I just started to feel miserable))) Of course, it's not easy to handle a new device, especially when you still don't know anything .. Well, she would have burned with me just because I would have poured a little water out of ignorance, for example))) In short , passed and do not regret it. I look at the brand new cook4me and am happy! And there are many good recipes and everything is very intuitive and understandable)) So good luck to everyone!
P.S. By the way, for some reason, no one who has bought kambrook can hear something))) Well, where are you, lovers of cooking by eye?

Today I met such a slow cooker - there is a BEAUTY! :
What are the reviews and who has met such a beauty?

Admin! Read the floor above! :-)
Incha
Apparently, I am the first. Yesterday my husband brought such a beauty and immediately demanded "tasty and healthy food." There are no recipes, and I cannot say that it would be a super-duper cook. I got out - first I cooked barley porridge (proportions 1: 2 water, salt, the default "Porridge" mode, it's 30 minutes, you don't need to set the time). She pulled out the porridge and stuffed the chicken drumsticks (while the porridge was boiling, the drumsticks were marinated in tanya with dill, parsley and cilantro, and on top of the drumsticks I put onions, crushed with a drop of wine vinegar, salt and a pinch of sugar. And that's it! same default ... seems to be 40 minutes.

My husband is terribly capricious in terms of food and almost always he doesn't like something (either sour cream added acid, then the eggplants "ruined everything here," salads - in his opinion, this is a garbage dump ...) and then he swept away this yachka, which I had never eaten before, from chicken I almost swallowed my tongue and said "TASTY!" ... so, for reference - he never says that it's delicious at all, he thinks that if he ate it, then it's tasty and there is nothing to talk about

Today I will try to bake a curd-semolina casserole.

What I liked about the cartoon itself is a solid bowl for food - not thin, like foil, and with a Teflon coating, but a full-fledged cup, strong, like a saucepan, in addition, with ceramics.
Incha
lyudo4ka, thanks for the wish, but frequent praise from my husband is a utopia It's good that there are guests! They praise and I have enough! And the slow cooker is really good! I here rummaged through the net and on a multicooker site I found a discussion of the owners of these wonderful machines. So the boom is extremely difficult to master, to spoil, as they say, in it!
Tamara66
Hello! I seriously set out to buy such a slow cooker (I would have gone right today, I have already reserved). Please tell me, does it still have 3D heating? On the websites of online stores they write what they have, but not a word in the instructions. And does the top brown when baking? Thank you in advance.
Incha
Tamara66, no pastries in it - the top remains white, the bottom burns. I only make a banana curd in it (I grease the cartoon with butter, sprinkle with semolina, 3 bananas, cut in half, on the bottom, and pour all this with a mixture of curd + eggs + sugar) - it looks beautiful even if it is not fried on top.
3D heating is there. The porridges are wonderful (I don't cook dairy), nothing has ever burned (except for baking). I put pea soup - I threw off both peas and ribs and onions with carrots at the same time, put it on the "soup", got perfectly boiled peas, soft meat and vegetables that did not fall apart, besides, it was very tasty.
The steaming rack - you couldn't think of the dumber! The distance between the bars of the grate is more than 2 centimeters - the cutlets cannot be put at all, they will fall through. I get out by placing a piece of foil on this grate. It is impossible to buy a normal form for steam as a spare part, no one sells.

In short, I am satisfied with everything except the steam grate, but if you are going to use the "Baking" mode often, do not take this cartoon unambiguously!
Vei
The steam insert can be bought either plastic from Brand, or silicone in 7 hills (well, or any other kitchen supply store). It's just that Brand they are comfortable and are included in all CFs, there were no punctures, and they are not expensive.
Tamara66
Incha, thank you very much for your answer. I was thinking even harder now. On the one hand, I am very attracted by the opportunity to quickly and tasty stew meat, and on the other hand, baking is also very important for me.
Incha
Tamara66, if baking is very important, can you still look for something else? Maybe there are multi-pressure cookers in nature, which also bake well ... but I have never met such

Brand 6050 baked biscuits perfectly, and many others. Pale top - everyone will have, but pale does not mean raw.

The fact of the matter is that it bakes only the products of "Melody Firm" (very thin), if you pour more dough (as I had with the manna), the top will be damp. If you bring the top to mind, the bottom will burn.

And if you try on a different mode, not on Baking, but on Porridge or Rice?

You can try some Mannik I'll do the other day and accomplish your goal ... I think you can also try it on a slow cooker. In this mode, I make fish and chicken in an omelette - very much even turns out nothing.
Vei
Is there any information on temperatures in the modes? Knowing the temperature, you can trick with baking.

I wrote about 6050 brand, in it biscuits-muffins 10 cm high are perfectly baked.

I don’t know how baking is realized in Cambroke
marinkaK
I bought this cartoon for my mother as a gift quite recently, tried the manna on milk, there were no complaints. Nothing burned, baked well. The truth turned out to be low, about five cm. Aspic for an hour and a half, hodgepodge, excellent lasagna, meat, fish, stew - no problem. Yes, the stand (it's hard to call it a double boiler) puzzled, but my mother solved this problem at once. I even regret that Mom didn't take a picture of Plyushkin, it is difficult to part with any junk, I removed an old aluminum colander with a torn handle from the bowels of the kitchen cabinet, it is better to sit down
Yes, I forgot to say: you are kindly requested NOT TO BELIEVE THE INSTRUCTIONS (terrible and uninformative book). Frying and Saute modes work ONLY WHEN OPEN LOCK OF THE COVER (handle to the right), it does not matter at all whether the cover itself is slammed or open. Because of this, I almost unlocked the device in the store.
But in general we were satisfied with the purchase
Incha
Vei, here's your answer - a small amount of dough for baking and everything will be fine .... just flat!) Can I not bake anything in it now? I still like baking more in the oven! And by the way, I have never used the Fry and Saute modes, and everything is delicious without frying (I would not have believed it before)!

Incha
By the way, my husband, capricious in terms of food, has gained 5 kg since the purchase of the multi ... why he is angry with me and the multicooker, but did not eat less
Aytalina
Hello everyone! Now I am also among the multi-owners!

Long time to decide on the purchase. Finally, I bought the Kambrook APR401 Multicooker and I'm very happy!
I asked the price for a long time, our city is small and the choice of brands of multicooker is limited. Basically, these are Vitek, Redmond, Panasonic. Many budget models are on sale, which are mainly in demand among the population. But all of them lacked some functions I needed. I made a lot of requirements, which, as I assumed, were impossible or rather difficult to combine in one device.
I will give you what characteristics I was looking for in the multicooker exhibited in local stores: firstly, it is the presence of a pressure cooker function, which significantly saves cooking time, preserves the taste of products; power consumption, which should be at least 1000 W, since I assumed frying, baking and, in general, a sufficient cooking speed. A high-quality thick-walled, capacious bowl of at least 5 liters, the largest possible set of all thermal functions, including "yogurt" (I also took this function into account when choosing), turning off the "heating", the presence of a delayed start, another indispensable function in everyday life. Plus, I wanted to see a multicooker with a beautiful, non-standard design, without a metal body that can heat up during the cooking process. When choosing the Kambrook APR401 Multicooker for me, a pleasant additional bonus was the presence of comfortable handles near the bowl, 3D heating, a pressure release button, the modes "yogurt", "pie", "rice", "soup", "porridge", "slow cooker" ( !!!) (not found in every multicooker), removable inner lid, spacious bowl with ceramic coating, selection of cooking time taking into account the fullness of the bowl, ease of maintenance, as there is a self-cleaning function.
She did not mention that the decision to buy a multicooker was accelerated by the fact that the gas was cut off in our city, people rushed to the markets and shops to buy electrical appliances: electric kettles and el. tiles. I decided to combine business with pleasure and was looking for a multicooker. During these few days I cooked mainly meat and vegetable dishes on the modes "soup", "stewing", "rice", "Frying". I also managed to cook "yogurt", "pastries". There were no disappointments.
At first, I still decided with the choice of the first course after purchasing the purchase. Finally I decided that I needed to cook rice, but not in the form of porridge, but as for pilaf, crumbly and elastic. She loaded the multicooker with excitement. In 20 minutes. I've already tried perfectly cooked rice. On the cartoon yesterday, for the first time in my life, I baked a charlotte, which turned out to be also very tasty, the most important thing was completely baked. Now, even if gas is soon connected to us, I will still think about where to cook on gas or in a multicooker.

I can definitely say that the multicooker, as a necessary device, will not just leave my kitchen and I will still make many culinary discoveries using the Kambrook APR401. Secretly, why I liked this unit is that I was born in April)).
Well, in short, that's all. I still can't believe that all my wishes came together in one device, the Kambrook APR401 multicooker
Therefore, I do not regret this purchase at all, which was a pleasant discovery for me this summer season.

Thanks to everyone who read my post.

Hello everybody! Just the other day I became the owner of the Kambrook APR401. Its design and functionality is excellent, and I disagree with the fact that it bakes poorly. I have already baked charlotte twice (at first I tried half the norm) on the baking mode - 60 minutes. nothing burnt, everything was baked. The first time I put baking paper down the saucepan, and the second time I just poured the dough into a greased layer. butter saucepan.

I seriously aimed to buy such a slow cooker
I have been using the Kambrook APR401 for six months now.I like everything: brown baked goods, porridge, pilaf, side dishes, any meat - everything turns out great. I hardly use the recipe book, I got used to it and I come up with everything myself. And everything turns out great. Most often it takes less time to cook than the accompanying recipe book.
I fell in love with my saucepan unconditionally, I hardly use the stove.
Tatiana27
Good day! I would like to share my impressions of this saucepan. I apologize in advance for the tongue-tied, I probably won't be able to describe everything as interesting, tasty and beautiful as many here on the forum.
I read this forum from the bushes for a very long time. And I really wanted to buy myself a multicooker assistant. I opted for Panasonic (they praised him very much). All my husband's bald head ate khachu-nimaga. Well, closer to March 8, he gave up and went to the store for me for a gift. But who does this on the eve of the holiday? Naturally, all the Panasonic were dismantled, and I was already in the mood and my husband, seeing my disappointment, called for the help of a friend from the MVideo guy. So he advised us a new model. So 5 years ago I became the owner of this wonderful pot. Only at home, I realized that this was not an ordinary slow cooker that I had read about, but a pressure cooker. When my consciousness cleared up, I became scared to approach her. But there is nothing to do the gift needs to be mastered. As always, our wonderful forum helped me. I read how to handle pressure cookers and I think I was not.
At first I decided to bake charlotte on baked goods, it was burnt. But there is also a pie program, that's great on it. Further pilaf on the program rice is excellent. Aspic slow cooker program. Etc.
What I want to say The bowl is excellent. 5 years have passed, nothing sticks to it, although there are small scratches (but it was my jamb that used a double boiler without a substrate).
The silicone ring will naturally darken over time, but odors are not transmitted. It really helps that the inside of the cover is removable.
In one post, I write everything for a long time, I'd better gradually describe how I do it as I cook (maybe someone will come in handy). Comments on recipes and techniques help me a lot. Thanks to all members of the forum for sharing information

I continue. Stuffed pepper.
Multicooker-pressure cooker Kambrook APR401
I turn on the frying program, for 1 tbsp. l. I fry the onions and carrots (you need to stir a lot) I don't fry for a long time, about 7 minutes is enough, then I put the stuffed pepper, pour in the sauce (vol. pasta + sour cream + water), what spices do you like (I have frozen herbs + spicy salt " dry gremolata "from Admin-Tatiana). I turn on the extinguishing program. The pepper is stewed.
