Cooking method

  • To activate the yeast, heat the water to 50C, add flour, yeast and beat with a whisk for 4 minutes at medium speed or with knives in a combine for 2 minutes at high speed. Cover and leave for 30 minutes at 35C.
  • Next, add oil, water, salt, sugar, flour to the chatterbox. Stir until smooth on low speed for 2 minutes. Dough at the end of kneading:
