I had about 400 grams. brass beef. After cutting a piece of meat into 6 pieces, I sent it to the Brand 37501 multicooker. I also put one small onion there. I poured, contrary to Tatyana's recommendations, 0.5 multi-cups of water, because the meat did not completely cover the bottom of the saucepan and I was afraid of covering the bowl. Turned on the Quenching mode for 4 hours. In the middle of time, I opened the lid, the liquid was already twice as much. Salted, added a bay leaf and 3 pcs. peppercorns. And I forgot before the signal about the end of the regime. After the purr of the multicooker, an almost real stew appeared in front of me. The meat was breaking down into fibers. A lot of fragrant "broth" stood out. Everything smelled just divine. I am very sorry that I did not take pictures of the process, because I did not expect to receive anything worthwhile. But the result made me very happy. This very stew of beef, "almost stew", fell on the battlefield for lunch.

I cook meat in pieces or in pieces in a pressure cooker without water, and very quickly the meat lets out its juice and then it becomes very much! From 1-1.5 kg. about 250-300 liquids can be heated in 1-1.10 hours !!
