Honey cake

Ingredients

flour 3 st
sugar 1 st
sunflower oil 0.5 st
honey 3 tbsp. l
cocoa 2 tbsp. l
water 1 st
walnuts 3 tbsp. l
soda 0.5 tsp

Cooking method

  • It is very difficult to imagine baking in a pressure cooker saucepan, and yet it is a fact. I present an option for baking a pie for your judgment.
  • 1. Mix sugar with warm water, sunflower oil and cocoa (I have grated Truffle candy).
  • 2. Add honey, ground walnuts, add soda and stir.
  • 3. Gradually add flour and stir until the consistency of thick sour cream.
  • 4. Lubricate the pressure cooker bowl with oil and sprinkle with flour. Pour in the dough.
  • Cooking on the BAKING mode for 45 minutes.
  • Honey cake
  • Honey cake
  • The result is a honey cake, in my opinion, similar in taste to a gingerbread. The pie can be cut into cakes and cream each of them.
  • Now I have made sure that my wonderful saucepan can also bake !!!

The dish is designed for

10 servings

Time for preparing:

Recipe from the book of recipes for the Brand pressure cooker.

Manna
Marisha, thanks for the recipe! I will definitely bake in 37501 Or ... with cupcakes
But I just didn't understand ... thick sour cream - how's that? After all, you can't pour thick sour cream, you chew a spoon in it. Is the dough similar in consistency to muffin?
Natalia K.
Marina pie is just super. I will definitely try to bake it.
MariS
Mannochka, the dough actually looks more like a cupcake (I'll try to add a photo with it).
As a law-abiding citizen, I transferred the entire content of the recipe without changes.
Thank you very much for your interest in the recipe!
And I simply cannot convey - I am so pleased that my saucepan is baking pies - fantastic !!!

Natasha, Thank you so much!
I would be glad. if you like it!
And I would also buy a string to cut the cakes and make layers of cream ...

Marish, and I just cut the cakes with a big knife, like the one for bread

Whose recipe is it? If not yours, then did you give it to me?

You can cut it into 2 cakes with a knife, but I have not tried it yet. But on 4 ... parts and smear everything with cream, probably. only with a string?
And the recipe from the recipe book for Brand (I didn't look, I'll fix it now, thanks).

Pachimu eta? And for three, and for four you can I usually cut into three, so that it is not too thin, otherwise there will be one cream.

From Brand's book? Hee-hee, that's the news, but I keep forgetting to look there

Yes, by the way, thanks then and for reminding me that there is also a collection of recipes from Brand Nadot to read it
MariS
You must have such a sharp knife?
I have it forever, like in that song "... knives are not sharpened"! So, so, I'll tell my husband what opportunities well-sharpened knives have !!!
And Brandik has good recipes - I try everything.

He's so ... with large teeth I have ... It turns out, of course, not such an ideal cut as a string, but ... very tolerable

Thank you for saying about the teeth, otherwise I would have sent my husband to the point of knives! But the word Brand is spelled differently ...
Well, as you say. Brand is so Brand (I wrote that at first, I remember).

Exactly, exactly, Brand (Vadim just said it was correct to call them)

You know, I cut the cakes with a big knife with small teeth ... it crumbles so much. And without teeth, I somehow did not try to cut
MariS
Mannochka, thank you very much - I'll try it with a knife with teeth! (While we were texting here, they announced that they had given us 1,000 rubles for participating in the competition - congratulations !!!)

And I cut the cakes with a regular thread. I cut a little with a knife, and then with a thread
LilyokYa
Uv. colleagues, the most excellent cupcakes in a silicone mold turned out to be a cake recipe!
Thank you for the idea!
But all the same it would be necessary to try it in a small bottle.
Good luck everyone!

Thank you very much, kirh, for such an idea! How friendly all of you girls are - so willingly share your wisdom! So many ideas in the blink of an eye!

Thank you, Lileka! It is very interesting to try in the oven (there was such a thought too)!
Manna
Yeah, yeah, I also baked cupcakes, but only in a VES V-TO-4 cupcake maker. Tokma ... this ... I reduced the flour to 2 tbsp. and oils up to 5 tbsp. l.

Thank you, Marish!
Does it taste like? It seemed to me that something was not enough or, on the contrary, something a lot. But I did not understand what exactly. I must still try
Twist
Marish, a noble pie turned out! (y) I carry it to the piggy bank.
MariS
Marisha, Thank you! The pie is very modest - no frills, maybe this is what attracts?
Mannochka lacked something in him.
I wrote to her the answer, but for some reason he did not leave. I didn't have enough cream layers in it, as in my distant youth. I remember selling such cakes ... or cakes.
Twist
Marish, the composition attracts me. I will try and definitely share my impressions.
MariS
Today, eating the rest of the cake, I was trying to figure out what else to add to the ingredients?

If done without cream, then perhaps some spices should be added: cinnamon or cardamom, for example.
And the taste of the cake also depends on the taste of honey - I used buckwheat honey, and if you cook with another, then the taste will depend on the taste of honey ...
Marisha,it will be very interesting to hear your comments!

I also did about the same today
I came to the intermediate () conclusion that walnut turned out to be an extra taste for me, and I lack dried cherries (or something else that tastes sour)

Cherries are an idea! So, maybe even soak it in cognac or liqueur?
Now we will invent a new recipe!

I vapshchet alcohol in no form, no, no So what ... me dried tokma cherries
I baked oatmeal and cherry muffins last week. I liked it
MariS
And yet, I cut the last piece into 3 plates and missed them with ordinary condensed milk ... (nostalgic - so in full).
My conclusion is this: next time I will cut the pie into cakes and coat them with cream based on condensed milk!
lungwort
Marina, I am very happy for you. A slow cooker is great, and you can bake in it and sometimes even better than in an oven. I really like cupcakes and biscuits. They are slightly wetter than in the oven. And the casseroles are wonderful.

Thank you, Natasha! It was my daughter who did her best for my birthday! Now I enjoy cooking in Brandick. Actually, I also cooked with pleasure without it! Now it's fun squared!

is a glass 250 ml? I'm afraid to make a mistake. Also in the cartoon I want to do 501. Baking for 45 minutes, huh?
MariS
Toon,Thank you! Cook for health.
A glass of 250 ml - I have 150-156 g of flour in this one (depending on its moisture content). I don't know anything about your slow cooker - find out in your topic or use the time indicated in the recipe. You can check with a splinter and if not baked, turn on additional. time.

Thank you) We liked it)
I made it in half a serving. I was afraid it would suddenly fail. I have no nuts. Replaced baking soda with baking powder. I forgot to share the cocoa, so it turned out to be very chocolate)
In the 501st heat 40 minutes

But in general it is interesting) Cupcake from a minimum of products) I will cook more - for sure)
MariS
Oh, what a chocolate handsome man! Great, Toon!
I am very glad that the pie came to the table ...
And thank you very much for such a colorful photo report!
