Ingredients

Fresh ginger root 2x3 cm
Banana 1 PC.
Apple 1 PC.
Sprouted wheat grains 50 g
Dry fiber (bran) 1 tbsp. l.
Cinnamon taste
Nutmeg taste

Cooking method

  • Grind the ginger and wheat in the Thermomix (or blender) on Sk 7-8 for 1 minute, remove the mass from the walls if necessary and grind again.
  • Add apple, banana and fiber and continue at the same speed.
  • Pour the resulting "porridge" into bowls, add spices if desired - have a pleasant morning and an energetic day!

Fruit can be any (I love the apple-banana-pear combination), the more there are, the thinner the porridge. Here I added the boiled frozen cherries that were left over from the pie, but honey is also fine for those with a sweet tooth.

I had breakfast, there is still left. Extras in a container and take them to work! Miracle! Enough for me all day! That is, I dined on salad and was full until evening!
