Chicken udon or Japanese express lunch in the Bork U700 multicooker

Ingredients

Udon or ramen noodles 200 g
Chicken thighs 4 things.
Ginger (root) ~ 3-5 cm
Garlic 4 cloves
Bulgarian pepper 1 PC.
Chili peppers (including dried) 1 PC.
Oyster mushrooms 200 g
Green onion 50 g
Chicken broth or water 1.5 l
Badian 1 - 2 pcs.
Soy sauce 50 ml
Vegetable oil 50 ml

Cooking method

  • Peel the ginger root, cut into thin strips. Chop the garlic. Cut the mushrooms and bell peppers into thin strips. Peel the chili pepper from seeds and cut into thin rings, if you do not like spicy, literally cut 3-5 rings. You can add 1 small dried chili instead of fresh chili. Remove the skin from the thighs, cut them into smaller pieces.
  • Enable Oven mode 3 level 20 minutes, pour oil into the bowl and heat it. Fry the ginger with garlic, add the chicken and mushrooms after a minute, fry until almost done (until the end of the program)
  • Add bell pepper, star anise, chili and soy sauce to the bowl. Stir everything, simmer for a minute and pour in broth (I rarely have free broth, so I just add water). Close the lid, turn on Multi cook 105 * C 10 minutes.
  • At the end of the program, add the noodles (I have Chinese egg noodles, you can use any other type of Rolton), close the lid and let the soup infuse for 5-10 minutes, depending on the noodles.
  • Squeeze the lime juice into the soup, toss in the green onion stalks, chopped thinly diagonally, stir and serve.
  • Scorching and fragrant, light and hearty soup is ready - Bon Appetit!

Note

Instead of oyster mushrooms, you can add frozen vegetables like Chinese mix from "4 Seasons", and you can also add boiled eggs and other ingredients.
