Light beer (non-alcoholic) 1 cup
Wheat flour 3 cups
Salt 1.5 tsp.
Sugar 3.5 tbsp. l. (I took 1.5 tbsp. l.)
Powdered milk 2 tbsp. l.
Butter 2 tbsp. l.
Yeast 2 tsp
Sunflower seeds. heat. 0.3 cups

Cooking method

  • The first time I baked it strictly according to the recipe - it was low, tightly knit,
  • did not like it.
  • The second time I made an adjustment - sugar 1.5 tbsp. spoons, instead of 3.5.
  • I changed the program Fast bread to Russian chef, you can go to Basic. Lubricated the "roof" with an egg.

The only thing but, no BUT - the seeds added by a signal during kneading scratch the Teflon, just like a knife through the heart ...:

alyona, in order not to "puncture" anymore when baking recipes from the instructions for LG, do not use the Fast bread program, but replace with programs with a time of 3 hours 40 minutes. Well, with sugar, I also put less.

And the beer bread is really tasty and you have a very beautiful one!

I also noticed that there is too much sugar in all LG HP recipes.
At first I was afraid to reduce its amount, and suddenly the bread will not work ... Experienced I checked - you can reduce it.

There is also a lot of yeast in recipes for LG stoves. 2-2.5 tsp.
Reduce them too: 1.5 tsp. just right! Good luck!
